Basic, convenient, well priced.

Convenient for the A1, quiet, tucked away location with easy parking. The rooms are adequate, good quality traditional fittings. Well priced compared to others in Peterborough. It's a longsig drive into Peterborough, but pretty straightforward.

No phone chargers/sockets by the beds. The whole place is characterless, inside and out, needs someone to freshen its image.

A handy overnight stop at a good priced

apart from closure of A1 M access was easy and all usual facilities.

Breakfast was a bit weary looking and tables not cleared.

Good overnight stop when driving south

Great location just off the A1. Recently refurbished room with comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Had to ask for spoons and hard to find the one remaining mug! This was about 8am.

Lots of goods and bads

Amazing staff lovely bar. Enjoyed the bath soft beds. Nice quiet location breakfast was amazing

Everywhere was very low I'm 6ft 5 and had alot of issues. Plugs not near bed. Plugs near lamp so couldn't plug 1 socket in. Shower door doesn't reach the back but the shower rail which causes damage. Heater on in June and pipes. No air conditioning.

Breakfast was good

Room was very hot. Air conditioning unit was not working. Reported this to Reception. I was told someone would be there to look at it in a couple of minutes. No one arrived for over an hour so I returned to Reception. The receptionist returned to the room and looked at the a/c unit for about 30 seconds and said, no it isn’t working. He informed me I would receive a discount and he brought me a fan for the room. He told me to come to Reception later and he would sort out the refund. When I went to Reception later he referred me to a more senior colleague who said she did not have the authority to give any refund. I asked to speak to a manager but was told no one was available. I was told the manager would contact me by email but this has never happened. Very disappointing. I would certainly avoid this hotel in warmer weather as the rooms were unbearably hot.

Warm welcome and a comfy stay.

Everything. From beginning to end, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. One of our motorcycles broke down. They were happy for us to leave it and our luggage there, while we could return to retrieve it. Arrived there quite stressed after a challenging journey. Large, comfy room. Yummy breakfast, nice food in the bar and a very welcome couple of beers. Thank you again to all the lovely staff. Especially the lady behind the bar x

From the initial welcome by the fabulously kind and well mannered young man,Nish who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable..I WOULD LIKE THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO TAKE NOTE!! this gentleman needs retaining, applauding AND renumerated appropriately with a raise!! I travel all over the world and have never received better reception..his smile is so welcoming i applaud you Nish and hope to see you soon.. take care young man☺️

Not a lot..i would draw attention to the radiator in the room not being upto par with the rest of the room however it really didnt bother me..unlike a drunk fool who accosted me and my 11yr old daughter on the way to our room! Not a reflection of the MILESTONE.

Good for the £38 but would not go above £60 as can get centre hotels with breakfast for 80 which are much more convenien

Had to move rooms as was a double instead off a triple we booked should check booking properly wasn't a problem just annoying

Nice hotel

Second stay, large room, clean & comfortable with the usual tea/coffee, soap, hairdryer etc. Hotel seemed very busy but we still found it quiet through the night. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would def stay again.

A very pleasant experience.

Lovely quiet property. A hidden gem. Easy access to the A1 and surrounding area. Nice to have a bar and somewhere to sit.

Breakfast could have been better. Lots of things needed topping up. Toasters need updating as the toast took ages!

Superb

Large room , bathroom inside room is good for me and my partner. Hotel near motorway, Really good value for money. We have been in many hotels and b&b this one is nice. Biggest plus is very quiet inside . Kettle to make morning coffee another big plus. Double bed with 4 pillows so you can sleep like king and queen. Thank you

My stay was half good half bad

The place was clean thank u

We got disappointed when my wife after having shower around 00:05am the bathroom tapes didn’t close we tried to call for help no one for allmost 1hour then I went to the reception someone came but nothing was done so after 2hours they changed us to another room coz the water still coming out the tapes just a bad night we had it wasn’t our day but nice place thought the first room was good but the other room when changed us was total different than the one we booked anyway things happen
