About this house rental
Windward is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom modern house located on the Sandbanks peninsular just a short stroll to beautiful blue flag sandy beaches. The house benefits from a large garden and plenty of parking on the driveway.
Open plan living / dining and kitchen areas located on the first floor. Living area with desk and access to balcony overlooking the garden and stairs down into the garden. The garden benefits from a gas barbeque, outside seats and sun loungers. Seperate cloakroom on the first floor. Fully fitted kitchen with high specification kitchen appliances. Master bedroom on the second floor (5ft kingsize double) with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom on the second floor (2ft 6in twin beds that can be zipped together to make a 5ft kingsize double upon request) with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). The third bedroom is also on the second floor with a double bed (4ft 6in double bed). Family bathroom on the second floor with feature bath with hand-held shower attachment, toilet and sink. Spacious fourth bedroom on the ground floor (5ft kingsize double bed) with a sofa and en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) with direct access through to the garden. Garage on the ground floor for storage (not for parking) of bikes, water equipment etc. with a washing machine and dryer in.
Parking - 3 parking spaces off-road to the front of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. TV in the living room and TV in the fourth bedroom, both with freeview.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, full size fridge with separate under counter freezer, 5 burner electric hob, electric double oven and extractor, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
