Kleines Paradies

Die Unterkunft ist super schön im Grünen gelegen und trotzdem nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Es ist alles sehr friedlich und grün dort, einfach wunderbar. Das Personal ist super nett und Hilfsbereit und jeden Tag werden die Zimmer gereinigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und schön modern. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wird sogar auf Wunsch ans Zimmer gebracht. Preis Leistung ist wirklich top. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als nur genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Keine Kritik nur eine Anmerkung. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre noch die Kirsche auf der Torte

Calme naturel et tout simplement magnifique

C’est magnifique! Je suis arrivé à l’aéroport à minuit et le chauffeur de l’établissement est venu me chercher, vraiment gentil et il m’a bien guide vers ma chambre malgré l’heure. J’aurais aimé y rester plus longtemps

Znakomity personel, cudowne miejsce, cisza i spokój.

Wszystko było wspaniałe. Personel był bardzo kochany i pomocny. Zawsze do naszych usług. Nawet kiedy przyjechaliśmy z lotniska po 22, specjalnie dla nas otworzyli kuchnię i przygotowali nam ciepły posiłek. Nie było problemu z niczym. Odpoczęliśmy we wspaniałym drewnianym domku z łazienką na zewnątrz. Domek był czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Dodatkowo bardzo pomocne było to, że mogliśmy wypożyczyć skuter z obiektu oraz zamówić transfer do innej miejscowości. Jedzenie pyszne! Cały obiekt bardzo zadbany, piękna roślinność a co najlepsze - cisza i spokój. Niesamowite było też to, że cały obiekt posiada tylko 4 domki dzięki czemu czuliśmy się często jakbyśmy byli sami z personelem. Pozwoliło nam to poczuć się też bardzo wyjątkowo. Z wielkim żalem opuszczaliśmy to miejsce, ale na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy chociażby dla tej obsługi i spokoju, jakiego doznaliśmy na wakacjach tam. Polecamy każdemu!

Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej zróżnicowane i więcej pozycji w karcie, ale były tak dobre, że to bardzo mały szczegół.

Beautiful villa but cold swimming pool

Beautiful villa with comfortable beds. Everything looks really nice.

The swimming pool never catches any sunlight, and probably because of that the water was really cold so our 5-year old son did t use the pool at all. The bathrooms have plumbing issues. After taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded. The restaurant was a disaster. It was virtually impossible to explain the most simple things to the staff. After ordering a very simple breakfast we had to wait forever because a family of 4 had ordered sometime before us and even they hadn’t received anything yet. Better walk a few minutes to the pool bar & restaurant further down the road to have breakfast there.

Bonito y tranquilo

La habitación del hotel es bastante grande. El velo alrededor de la cama, ayuda a mantener los mosquitos alejados. Las vistas y sus alrededores son muy bonitas.

El Internet es lento y en según que zonas no llega, como por ejemplo el baño. La ducha y el lavamanos están demasiado pegados, podrás ducharte a la vez que te lavas las manos. Además, el agua de la ducha llega al váter. Dada en la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel y que la puerta de la habitación se cierra con candado, un día al llegar nos encontramos un sapo. Hay que tener en cuenta que el camino para llegar al hotel es sin asfaltar y en los días de lluvia, prepárate para saltar charcos de barro. Incluso la mayoría de taxis se pierden o te llevan a otro alojamiento. Así que si pides un Grab, mejor pídelo en la carretera a unos 400m andando des del hotel. Dispondrás de linterna para la noche porque se necesita iluminación. El desayuno es a la carta pero es demasiado lento.

Charming & peaceful, with fantastic staff. 😀

Nice 9 night stay in traditional bungalows set in beautiful gardens & surrounded by rice fields and nature. Quiet setting away from busy traffic. Staff are great 👍 extremely friendly and accommodating, and flexible. Nice breakfast & dinners in the inhouse restaurant. Abian can arrange pick up & drop off to airport and other destinations. So will definitely be back again. 😀

Nothing we didn’t like about property, Abian View is lovely. Road in needs a little work, there are new villas being built & road will be upgraded, but short walk to main road and shops.

Villa située au milieu de nul part avec construction en cours devant et derrière et donc du bruit matin et soir Villa plein Nord = pas de soleil et piscine froide Pas d’accès à pied à Ubud sécurisé- route non goudronnée puis route très dangereuse sans trottoir Petit déjeuner très limité et pas très bon Je déconseille cet établissement avec enfants

A great place to unwind

Their bed is super comfy and we had good sleeps for two nights! A very peaceful and tranquil environment away from the bustling streets.

The tiny road entering into the stay is a little bumpy and dark. The shower heater was not really functioning in our bathroom, had to shower cold water at night 🥶

Magnifique et exotique

Le lieu est magnifique et vraiment très bien entretenu, il y a des espaces communs très sympa pour se détendre. Le personnel est au petit soin et vous aidera dans vos besoins ! La piscine privée avec la douche extérieure de notre bungalow a rendu l'expérience très exotique ! La localisation est pratique, proche du centre, mais on est dans un petit écrin de verdure au calme. L'accès n'est pas des plus évident par une petite route de terre, mais rien de compliqué. Petit déjeuner très bon et vous pouvez vous restaurer sur place pour pas cher ! Nous recommandons vraiment d'y séjourner.

Voor mij niet comfortabel genoeg (gezien de prijs), maar mooie omgeving en hele welwillende en leergierige medewerkers

Mooie tuin met zitjes, gelegen tegen een rijstveld aan, rustige omgeving Erg vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel voor wie niks teveel moeite was. Deed ook enorm zijn best om goed en zorgvuldig te communiceren. Zo kreeg ik goede info van te voren over hoe de plek te vinden (en toen dat toch niet lukte werd ik opgehaald) en er werd uitgelegd dat het warme water niet gerepareerd kon worden omdat het onderdeel een dag liet wachten en toen mocht ik kosteloos dingen bij het ontbijt bestellen om de pijn te verzachten. Klein eigen terras met tafel en stoelen en in de kamer een groot bed met fijne klamboe en een burotafeltje en kast, en een klein keukentje (zonder koelkastje), praktisch allemaal

Het ligt aan een onverharde weg met kuilen, plassen en modder, waar je behoorlijk vies van wordt als je er overheen loopt en mogelijk ook rijdt met scooter. Het ligt net wat te ver uit centrum om te lopen (30 min over weg zonder degelijke stoep en veel verkeer). Als je geen scooter wilt huren (maar zoals jk auto had), is het niet zo handig. Met de auto is het centrum helemaal niet handig. De badkamer is erg onhandig, de douche is laag (als je langer bent dan 1.80 cm past het niet) krap naast de wastafel die zelf ook krap ernaast staat en de wc is daaraan geschakeld. Al het water loopt tijdens douchen de wcvloer op. Ik heb 3 dagen geen warm water gehad. Heb het na eerste dag gemeld, dat is niet begrepen denk ik (ik had het nog extra gecheckt met google translate), na tweede melding is er actie ondernomen, maar helaas dus zonder resultaat voor de dag daarna. Er is 1 heel klein onhandig spiegeltje. Er mist een spiegel alsook goed licht om je op te maken. De kamer is vrij donker vanwege luiken die niet bewogen kunnen worden. Er zit een stukje in het raam waar je doorheen kunt kijken en er zijn geen gordijnen. Men kan dus naar binnen kijken. Het was het eerste huisje, dus in principe hoeft niemand langs je huisje, maar niet zo comfortabel. Niet iedereen spreekt even goed engels, wat tot misverstanden leidt. Ze zijn heel welwillend, lerend en serieus met feedback, volgens mij bestaat het nog niet zo lang, dus wellicht groeit dit nog.

Ein ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt :-)

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer absolut ruhigen und natürlichen Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen auch wirklich gut. Mit einem Mietroller ist alles super zu erreichen und dieser war auch in Top-Zustand. Der private Pool hat alles perfekt gemacht :-)

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist noch nicht ausgebaut und daher nicht sehr einfach zu befahren zudem sind dort noch Baustellen, aber man darf sich davon nicht abschrecken lassen!

sukaaaa banget

sukaaa banget sama Joglo nya! bener2 ngasih sensasi tradisional kayu2 dan nyaman banget, showernya outdoor dan ada view taman dan sawah. Lokasinya juga strategis sih menurut aku karna deket sama pasar seni Ubud! jadi bener2 deket kemanapun, breakfastnya juga enak. recommended sih apalagi buat yang staycation karna cocok buat couple😁 love it!

propertinya ada di dalam gang gitu dan jalanan depan gang nya belum diaspal tapi for me it's a problem at all karna properti juga ngga terlalu jauh dan malah jadinya propertinya ada di daerah yang tenang, ga berisik, dan ngga ada suara jalanan, juga kemacetan. saran aku untuk yang mau stay, google maps nya diganti jadi yang mobil aja karena kalau ngga, sama gmaps diarahin ke jalan sawah, padahal ada jalan yang lebih deket di jalanan yang lewatin spot foto Serayu Pot dan Teracotta Ubud! hope it helps<3
