Trotz guter Lage ist diese Einrichtung nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war geschmacklich gut und ausreichend. Von den Einkaufsstraßen ist das Hotel ca. 20 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für die Villen und dem offenen Sitzbereich besteht ein eklatanter Investitionsstau. Die Zimmermöbel sind alt, beschädigt und teilweise nur eingeschränkt verwendbar. Im außenliegenden Bad nur ein kleiner runder Spiegel auf Hüfthöhe und teilw. fehlendem Glas. Duschvorhang verschimmelt. Uralte teilw. riechende Handtücher. Duschkopf versprüht überall hin Wasser, nur zu wenig um ordentlich duschen zu können. Am Waschbecken, dem Wasserhahn und um die Seifenspender Schimmel. Haare vom Vorgänger in einer Schublade. Schimmel auch im Bereich der Klimaanlage usw. (die Aufzählung lässt sich verlängern). Alles kann mit Fotos belegt werde. Am ersten Abend habe ich eine blutende Verletzung am Oberschenkel durch einen defekten Stuhl erhalten. Seitens des Eigentümers besteht offensichtlich ein Zwang zum Geld. Jeder Verbrauch Minibar, Abendessen wurde sofort in Bargeld abgerechnet. Die Buchungsabrechnung sollte am ersten Abend bereits komplett bezahlt werden. Verlangt wurde auch hier Bargeld. Alternativ würden 3 % auf die Buchungsgebühr abgerechnet.

One important thing was missing from this place. We were a family of four staying in the house with private pool. There were only two sun beds- so only two people could be comfortable at a time. We wanted to spend a day relaxing at the pool which was hard because the rest of the outside furniture were hard wooden chairs. If there were more comfortable sun beds or at least som comfortable pillows for the chairs and the big bench on the terrace then all would have a place to relax outside.

Very comfortable, clean and unique stay in a traditional style Balinese house. Had everything we needed, great breakfast

We loved the beautiful traditional Balinese style house. The pool was great, clean and cool. The bed was so comfortable, and air conditioning really helped at night, house was clean and comfortable. Butler service was lovely, cooked breakfast delicious with great options.

Location of property was close to ubud centre (15 mins walk to ubud centre) but slightly off the beaten track, with no sidewalks, a few busy roads to cross it was really harrowing and unsafe. I was nearly knocked over by a bike when trying to cross the road! I recommend ordering a ride, car or motorbike for only R25,000. Use local drivers vs. grab. Neighbouring properties were noisy during the day, building construction across road meant constant hammering was a bit much at times and a local outdoor karaoke event was loud. Niw know why ear plugs are provided. Smoker at neighbouring property affected my enjoyment of the day I spent by the pool, constant smell of cigarettes.

This was by FAR our favourite accommodation of our trip. Incredible value for money - you feel like you're in your own private space, sharing a pool with just one other unit, and the staff bring breakfast to you first thing in the morning. The room was gorgeous, the bed so comfortable, and you open the front door to what feels like your own rainforest.

perfect location, peaceful surroundings

we checked in around 1am and the gentleman who greeted us was so incredibly friendly and warm. the accommodation was absolute breathtaking, we couldn’t believe it was real! my partner and I went for our honeymoon and it was in a great location, just a short walk to Ubud central. the breakfast was divine and came on time every day. highly recommend this for a cute couple getaway!

Hidden gem in Ubud

Beautiful villa and breakfast. Good location, calm and quiet. It’s within walking distance to all of the main attractions without the nosiness and chaos of central Ubud. Staff were also lovely.

A private Villa, perfect for our honeymoon!

the staff were friendly and very helpful. The Villa was clean, our private pool overlooked the jungle. The town was very close by with lots of options for coffee around. Daily breakfast was great. Absolutely loved our stay here :)

Location was perfect! just a short walk to the busy streets of Ubud. Facilities were amazing, pool was so clean. The rooms were amazing size. Breakfast was delicious! Wayan was an amazing host.

great stay and amazing value for money

very nice staff who helped with everything you could possibly ask for. they even gave me a different pillow because the first one was too stiff for me. villa is great and clean, pool is great as well.

A bit noisy at night with the tiny „waterfall“ outside but they provide earplugs.

Good location, nice pool. Very helpful staff. Especially would like to thank Wayan for helping us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed our breakfasts by the pool. Smoothie bowl was delicious.

Wonderful stay

The staff at Homayoon private villa are super friendly and really take care of you The little touches that they do made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was very nice and service on the time. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness is amazing.The bed was comfortable and the room was really nice. We loved staying here and would definitely come back if we return to Ubud in the future.
