Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Chandler, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the picture-worthy backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool hot tub fruit trees from lemon lime to orange thru out the back yard. The home itself is tri-level built to have privacy as well for families to gather and connect! Floor plan is with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms upstairs with 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom with game room downstairs. With the kitchen dinning room living room all on main level. You will be sure to enjoy thoughtful design touches throughout house

The amenities and facilities are awesome and compare to many of the private clubs in the area. Ocotillo is recognized as one of the finest daily fee facilities in the country and routinely receives 4-star ratings from Golf Digest's annual guide. It was also voted as one of the “Three Must Play” courses in the area including Troon North and the Boulders...pretty good company!
This home is professionally cleaned managed by a local, high-end cleaning company. We treat our home as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.
