Cheaper than Sorrento

It was clean and it was nice to have a private bathroom for each couple.

There were alot of stairs - something like 40 - which was difficult for a couple in the party. No common area to sit in the apartment except the dining table. We would like a couch and chair in the evening after walking all day. Facility isn't as up-to-date as pictured. Shower was TINY. Not much in Meta

Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Súper agradable y acogedor. Muy buen ubicado, cerca del tren para ir hacia Sorrento. Cuenta con dos baños (solo uno con ducha) y eso ayuda mucho.

Great location, the town is beautiful and not too crowded.

The location was incredible and host was very friendly and helpful. She helped us arrange transport which took away a lot of stress.

Exceptional

Amazing stay! The host was super helpful and nice. The accomodation is a typical old big italian house and it looks great. The room was big and very well equiped. Location is great and close to the train station and the local beach. Keep in mind that you can take direct shuttle buses from and to the Naples airport (check Curreri Viaggi). We didn't know this and we spent a night in Naples which we could have avoided.

Good location and accomodation itself. Spacious room with some kitchen facilities and an outdoor area. Close enough to Sorrento on the train but away from the big crowds which was good. Nice beach, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Host was very accomodating and generous with check in and check out times

Very good

I liked the apartment. It was all clean, with all the utensils needed in the kitchen, bathroom with all the a menities including a hair dryer and a bidet ;) The bed was comfortable and it has a nice inner garden for a chill beer in the evening. The location in Meta is a good feature. Close to the bus stop N°15 (5 minute walk) that takes you up & down to the beach, or to Sorrento and Positano as well. The train stop is not far (10-15 minutes walk) and it takes you to Pompeii and Napoli. But be ready for stones on the streets. I would recommend for families as the beach is very safe. Silvana was very attentive, waiting for my arrival and gave me good directions for my stay.

I didn't like that it was noisy in the evening as the main door is very heavy, and my room was next to it, so all the guess closed it very strongly. The shower corners could use some vinager to reduce the calcar.

Excellent stay, would recommend

The host was great. She was excellent with answering any questions or issues we had. She made check in very easy. The location was excellent and an easy ride to Sorrento. It has a great pizza place around the corner, laundromat and supermarket close by. The room was clean and spacious.

Only downside is the two single mattresses pushed together.

Very glad we stayed there for a week. It was a perfect shelter during ourbus days.

They were very halpful and informative through booking chat!

less than good

i liked the place

we stayed there for 6 nights, and never got any more towels even when we asked to, and when we asked to get paper towels she told us to go and buy at the supermarket.

Uncomfortable, old beds and noisy.

The price, and the owner. She was helpful and let us leave the luggage in the room before the check in hour.

It was a garage converted. The beds... Terrible, old and uncomfortable mattresses (2 small put together) Not private terrace, at least not our room. U can hear everything that goes on at night. We woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone had broken in when was someone entering the outside door. Nearly had a heart attack. Nice thing the place had a fridge, but wasn't working... Also quite far from Sorrento, and the public transport doesn't work very good.

Loved our stay here, beautiful room in a quiet town, great base for the Sorrento area!

The room was huge with high ceilings, and the building overall is beautiful with a nice big courtyard and green space. We loved the outdoor seating and tile floor in the room, so gorgeous. Fridge, kettle were great, wifi was fine. Host was responsive and met us with the key, also gave us good directions for reaching the property from Naples airport. We used walking and public transportation to explore from Meta to Sorrento and Positano. There are also pretty beaches and coastline in Meta and Piano di Sorrento. Affordable restaurants and markets nearby. Clean, cute, quiet, overall very relaxing place.

Bathroom is very small, so it can be difficult to move around.

Pleasant Stay. Would be happy to rebook in the future.

I loved the small private garden attached to the house, I loved the kitchen facilities provided. The house is spacious and soothing. The host is great. She allowed us early check-in and helped with bus schedules.

The floor in the bathroom was always wet, maybe because of the leakage. But I am not sure though.

Amazing stay

Old styled apartments, very specious and clean. Really calm outside, few steps from the sea, just cross few streets and you are there! Also, you can enjoy spending time at terrace. Good choose if you are on budget and want chill stay without too much people around. The host is perfect, helped with all the questions. If you want to see Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, this location is perfect regarding public transport. Not too far away there are train & bus stations. There are supermarkets, restaurants and all other things you need.
