Lovely place, perfect location.

Room was lovely, very spacious but always lovely and warm. Bed was so comfortable we never struggled getting to sleep. Perfect location for what we needed and the staff member we met was lovely. Will definitely stay here next time.

We have no complaints, think the only thing was the wifi code didn't work for us but we had data so wasn't fussed too much.

So pleased to have stayed here. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Woodlands. Rooms were huge. Warm, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lots of parking and just a few minutes walk from places to eat and the train station to take you into the centre of Liverpool.

Lovely family stay at a great guest house.

Excellent hosts, great location and this guest house is definitely excellent value for money. We had a lovely family stay there. Thank you Bernie and Mike.

Very minor suggestion: Would have liked a bit more of a range for drinks at breakfast, eg other types of teas or juice. Also a choice to have additional items such as hash browns or mushrooms.

Lovely stay

Bernie is a wonderful Host. She is very caring and attentive to her guests' needs. Woodlands Guest House is 5 min steps from the railway of waterloo and in 10 minutes you can reach Liverpool Central and many more attraction sites, like Crosby beach. The area around the Guest House doesn't offer much but there are a few nice pubs and restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy. English breakfast very good. Would definitely recommend if you are keen to stay out of the chaos of the city.

Enjoyable stay with easy access to Liverpool city centre, great value for money.

Lovely quiet location but close to Waterloo high street and station aswell as Crosby beach with the Anthony Gormley statues. Great breakfast, spacious clean room and very reasonable price.

Would have liked a little bit more storage for luggage.

Ideal and value for money for a stay close to city centre and near a train station.

Lovely Guest House, easy to find with available parking. Breakfast was really nice as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. 20min drive to Liverpool centre and 5/10min walk to Waterloo Station, if you are coming by Train.

great place, great people everyone really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, will deffo be our regular stay when

location and staff, lovely property and fabulous breakfast

rooms can be quite cold, it was quite windy and as it’s a large older property it was quite whistly but it added character, I actually prefer it on the cooler side so was quite comfortable but my mum found it a bit chilly at times

Excellent room and brilliant, helpful staff.

The location was perfect, it is in a quiet area but only a short train ride into the city centre. Breakfast was nice but a bit small.

The bed was a bit hard for me but some people like hard beds. The breakfast was delicious but a bit small and basic.
