Not suitable

Not what we requested ,it was not a disabled room we had to go upstairs. No tea making facilities as described and very unsutable. Have requested a refund.

does what it says on the tin

Nice size room and bathroom. Great that there is on-site parking, easy to leave car and take bus into town. Used kitchen facilities to make our own breakfast.

Entrance is via codes which were sent via email on the day, as I did not know and did not have access to my email I had to phone - someone quickly came to open up and give us the codes.

Small rooms with too many beds ideally with be great with 2 single beds not 3 beds.

You own fridge inside your room.

Still no breakfast so stop advertising as bed and breakfast. Rooms a bit small and to much furniture inside them

Poor.

The Oxford bed and breakfast did not offer any breakfast. If we had known there was not going to be any breakfast at the time of booking then we would not have booked and gone elsewhere. I think we are owed some compensation for no breakfast. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Nice simple, tidy place to stay and feel safe.

Nice staff and easy check in. All doors were coded so very safe location.

No tea bags n the kitchen 😅. Property was perfectly fine

We did not have breakfast. The cleanness is very good

We had single beds instead of one double bed, and when we tried to put the beds together, it carried on moving about and make our night very uncomfortable.

The room was very small and the door to it came off the kitchen which was filthy. Room also stank before we aired it out.

Very disappointing,not what we paid for.

Location. Shower/bathroom. TV.

No breakfast was provided when we paid for breakfast.So I would like some form of compensation for the 2 days we stayed and had no breakfast. Plus, the kitchen had not been cleaned for some time.

We rented two rooms (Room 3 & Room 5). Room 5 is on the second floor, with 3 single beds put side by side without any space for suitcases. Room 3 is on the ground floor, inside the kitchen, with two single beds put together, and no space for suitcases. The area of each room should be 269 square feet according to the description on their website. I guess the area of Room 3 and Room 5 is at most 150 square feet and 200 square feet respectively. The basic necessities are lacking, e.g. shower gel and shampoo. What is worst is the unbearable smell from the kitchen. Room 3 should not be rented as a guest room.

My room was in the kitchen and people was cooking food at 12pm at night other than that room I think the other rooms could be more better overall beds was comfy value for room was okay id stay again just nit in number 3

It was ok if you need somewhere cheap but not long term.

Room was clean and beds comfy but room too small and red hot. Wouldn't stay again.

Advertised with pictures as bed and breakfast which should be taken down as not done breakfast for a while and now not available, room tiny and beds too so not good

Advertised as B&B but no breakfast and poor sleep.

The room was clean and tidy.The host was available when I needed to contact him.

It was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but when I arrived I was informed by txt no breakfast was available.No refund was offered.Also despite no breakfast there were also no tea/coffee facilities available in the room.To compound this I had an extremley poor sleep due to excessive noise coming from the room underneath mine until the early hours,[I was in room 6].Listening to their VERY loud converstions I was under the impression at least one of them was a resident and not a guest.This excessive noise needs to be addressed.

2 towels for 3 guests, no breakfast when advert says b&b, really small room and 2 beds out of 3 uncomfortable. Hair from previous guests on our bedding pillow and under pillow clearly sheets not been changed between guests

Location, shower, relatively quiet. It was clean and tidy and although I didn't use the kitchen I could see it was the same and well equipped.

I had trouble accessing via the key codes. The bedroom had little space having x3 single beds in a space only really big enough for 2. Door lock was lose.

Very good

Nice clean and tidy and good parking. Buses ,shops and plenty of places to eat.

It did have it's downside ,no breakfast available. No tea & coffee in the room or available in the kitchen which was there.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms in a quiet location outside Oxford. A good Indian/Nepalese restaurant around the corner. Also had a shared kitchen with a laundry machine.

Location was ok

Advertised as Bed and Breakfast. Look at the sign above the door. No breakfast. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Everything very basic. We didn't stay for our second night. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Mixed feelings

The initial cleanliness, location and helpfulness of the owner when contacted. As some of my family had to extend their stay we were there due to visiting a terminally ill family member.

The staff! they were unhelpful and surly. We never received receipts when paying cash for the extra nights. It is advertised as Bed & breakfast but that wasn't the case as it was a communal kitchen which other users did not clean up after wards..
