La chambre et salle de bain propre.
Le hall d'entré les corridors très sales. Le petit déjeuner qui était supposé être fourni gratuitement n'existait même plus !!
Certaines chambres probablement louées à des migrants en transit...

I liked the location of the room, towards the rear of the hotel. It was very quiet.
The shower did not work initially and the tub was rusty. I killed one roach in the room, but located no more for the remainder of the stay. It seemed to be where a great deal of migrant workers stayed that had arrived in NYC.

The staff is always available and helpful. It was my first time in the US and they really helped me with the small things (finding a bus or calling a taxi for the airport).
The room was clean, the sheets very comfortable and the Wifi connection very stable.
Maybe the bath tub could be renovated a bit.
2.3
There was no breakfast available. We didn't know that the hotel was housing immigrants. The presence of so many security guards was somewhat disconcerting
2.3
It was in a diverse section of town
A security guard was in the lobby after finding room we went outside to get our luggage and a policeman was parked in front of lobby with lights on.
2.3
The location was very close to the activity we had travelled for.
The attitude of all the front desk clerks needs improvement. The manager still has never contacted me about my hospitalization.
2.3
It was located where I needed it to be. It was a place to stay the night.
The smell in the building was horrible. The hallways were stuffy and stale. The tub coating was coming off and drained slow. Not the cleanest facilities.
2.3
good place
it smelled bad and I think I got the worst room
2.3
Nothing
No breakfast
2.3
affordable and nice staff.
2.3
price paid
The room was dirty, a coffee cup with dried up coffee and used Q-TIPS were on the floor behind the bedside table, the furniture was chipped and a dresser drawer opened by itself creating a tripping hazard. Masonry on the building's facade was cracked, this hotel did not meet the standards of other Ramada hotels we have stayed in.
2.3
horrible
it was poorly taken care of
2.3
nothing
the smell of cigarettes was so powerful even in the non smoking side of the hotel. I could barely breathe in my room and everytime you moved on the bed a big whiff of cigarette smell came right back at you. I couldn’t stand it so bad I had to sleep in my car. not to mention the burn marks in the comforter on the bed.
2.3
the room
wicked noisey and creepy
2.3
I didn't like nothing about this hotel it was dirty roaches everywhere the rooms not clean crack pipe everywhere drug paraphernalia everywhere
All the staff are rude and disrespectful this place needs to be shut down

I didn’t like the fact that they showed something entirely different on the website and when you got there, it was not what I expected

the *only* reason we chose this hotel was its location. there was nothing else at all to enjoy about our stay
the entire building smells of cigarettes and stale body odor; so forget the facade of “non-smoking rooms”. we waited at least 15 minutes for the front desk staff member to even be present to assist our check-in. and a line had formed behind us do to this gentleman’s absence.
the room itself initially seemed ok, but there were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom, no outlet on one side of the bed, paper thin walls that did nothing to muffle the sounds of neighboring guests.
my wife and I actually witnessed a drug deal take place in the rear parking lot, through our window, not even 10 minutes after we finally got to our room.
2.3
It is very close to the airport.
Nobody had told me before that the breakfast restaurant wasn't open anymore, and it said in the price that it was included. I don't think that is okay!
2.3
nothing
Worst 300 dollar a night hotel that I have ever stayed at! Noisy people in halls late in the night. creepy guy followed us to our room in back of the hotel, said he was staff. did not feel safe.
2.3
room was clean & for most part quiet, bed was comfortable
first floor rooms on parking lot side on same level as rooms & cars only few feet from windows, can make for some noise on line info states continental breakfast served however no breakfast served sign in lobby blames covid, turning north out of parking lot onto route 300 very dangerous
