Convenient location.
Short staffed, rushed. Unfriendly. Overpriced cocktails. Small room closet. Basic, dated bathroom. No frills.

Beautiful, elegant, clean rooms. Great beds, and I’m picky! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice facility. Good location.
For the most part, the front desk staff was fine. The guest services person I had was not. They charge a bogus $25 per day “destination” charge that is credited back if you dine in the hotel. On our day of checkout I was informed you can’t use $25 credit on the day of check out. I told the employee nowhere was the $25 fee disclosed on the reservation no was I told at check in that it needed to be used in the next 8 hours. Her response was to simply stare at me with a blank stare and say “sorry about that.” After speaking to the manager, he said, of course I could use the credit on the day of check out. So either they adjusted the policy or the employee is poorly trained. The biggest issue is she flat out could not have cared less.

Our room was large, but the bathroom was kinda small for two people to get ready. We liked that our room had available snacks and drinks, that was nice, BUT all water should be free!!
We didn't have any food, we had drinks at the bar before going out shopping, later in the evening after dinner, we wanted to open our wine and forgot our wine opener, so you should have wine openers in the room or available at the front desk, NOT have to go to the bar on a busy Friday night and get a wine opener there.

I loved the vibe and location of this place! The cleanliness was top tier and the customer service was great!
There was no fridge or microwave in the room.

The location was good
I thought it was the worst W hotel I’ve stayed in. Compared to other W hotels I’ve stayed in … the decor was old, bland, and unexciting. It felt pretty miserable inside - compared to all other W hotels that are vibrant and sexy. Food was very ‘average’. Room was boring

The rooms were beautiful and light. The staff was professional and worked as if they enjoyed their job.
no bad comments, well breakfast was pricy...

A cama, dos 26 países que eu conheço essa foi a cama mais confortável que já vi na vida.

It was convenient and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful.
There wasn’t a fridge in the room and unfortunately they were understaffed so the room wasn’t cleaned during the day. First world problems though. We had a good stay.

Great location. Museums, restaurants, shopping, Pike Place, all very close by. Good coffee available in casual breakfast room.
People who make reservations through the hotel website are able to get a 66% discount on the valet parking. This was not available to me as a Booking.com user.

Staff was great. Had a good time.
I did ask for my room to be cleaned after my first nights stay so we could have some more towels and have the mini bar refilled and they forgot. No big deal though

Bed was comfy.
The valet is unsafe. I wouldn’t trust my car here. We left at 5am with our baby and both the front desk lady and valet man told us they pulled our car around “earlier” when we called it up. We never called our car up. We have no idea if someone tried to take our car or why anyone was moving it when we had our ticket with us the entire stay. Their story was so weird and didn’t make any sense. My husband was furious.
We also tried every Avenue possible to order room service and their QR code order system didn’t work, called front desk and was told to use the QR code that didn’t work, called the restaurant and was told to come down and order. We had a sick baby and were counting on room service. Everyone went to bed hungry.

Very convenient downtown location. I skipped the $68 valet and parked next door in the 24-hr lot for just $45. W maintains an ultracool image and the public spaces are low-lit. Staff was extremely helpful at checkin and when I picked up my sushi dinner delivery. I was upgraded to a suite at checkin so had more space than typical. Bath was roomy and provided a robe. Bed was excellent especially the pillows. Lots of windows in the suite and most had blinds to keep out the light—this was especially useful as my room faced the 24-hr parking garage with its 24-hr lights. Room service breakfast was prompt and tasty, and server was friendly. Elevators were excellent!
Music and noise from the bar was audible up on the 7th floor late into Saturday night. Cost of room service meant a $40 breakfast of coffee, pastries, and scrambled egg.

The hotel itself was nice. We enjoyed the bar and live DJ at night. The young man who helped bring our luggage to the room was very nice!
We pulled in to Valet the car (an $65 cost) and no one came out so we went inside to check in. It took over 25 mins to reach the counter to check in. Our waiter at the bar was horrible. We asked where the restroom was and the front desk staff told us where to go but did not tell us the code needed to get in. The phone in the room didn’t work to call for help with our luggage and to bring the car around. The line for check out was out the door and we decided not to wait to speak to someone. Facility was nice but staffing needs a lot of work.

It’s location and atmosphere. The restaurant had a good breakfast that wasn’t over priced.
Only full size beds. Kinda a tight fit for two adults.

The view and a convenient location to and from the airport.
Small room for the price and weird deposit fee. Meant to rent a car but heard their parking was $30 + a day. Usually hotels in cities I've traveled to, don't charge for parking if you're staying there in any other city.

The staff was amazing. When we checked in, I told them we were celebrating my husbands birthday and they upgraded us to a suite free of charge. In the morning he got a free cinnamon roll at breakfast. We had a great time.
There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Location was nice. Not a typical hotel with large lobby but nice and liked it that way.
Room was okay. Hardwood floor would suit the room and style of the lobby better. Also for hygiene reasons..
Location is good. Walking distance to the peer and Pike Place Market if you are okay with the hilly situation in Seattle.
Valet parking is overpriced but convenient traveling with kids and late arrival.

The staff was very nice, and the beds were comfortable.
Our neighbor had zoom calls starting at 6 am and was so loud we thought he was in our room! The walls were not very soundproof
