Had a great week overall at this hotel while visiting for work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

The shuttle service was only for certain times - I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but ended up having to uber everywhere because it wasn't available when I needed it unfortunately. Also the TV guide/menu didn't work so I had to scroll through each channel to find something to watch. There isn't a big light, so in the evenings it was quite dark (which is great for getting good sleep but not great when you're trying to find a specific item in your dark suitcase).

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. It looked like blobs of dust. There weren't many channels to choose from on the TV in my opinion.

Exceptional

Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. Forgot my toothbrush and they graciously brought me one to my room. Water pressure was awesome and temperature gets hot.

Parking lot could use some attention with potholes.

Bed Bug Beware!!!

Location was centrally located-very easy to get anywhere you need to.

We left with bite marks all over us-I’m pretty sure bed bugs! The hotel was very curt-and said they’d have their engineer look at it and get back with me. Super disappointing.

Room was to small for 4 guests. Each night we spent I was charged for the room and deposit each time. Zeroed our bank account and ruined our vacation. Staff was totally clueless and no help at all. We spent two nights with no towels or toilet paper even after asking front desk repeatedly. Had to drive thru out the day and night for my girls to use the restroom.

Superb

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was helpful when the key card didn’t work. Some indie has to fix the battery on the door. They cane up immediately to help. The food was excellent and I loved the outdoor seating area

Every time I would turn on the faucet it would spray water everywhere on the sink and it was very loud. The shower dripped as well

Affordable and comfortable

The location of the hotel was very easy to get too. It is not too far from many restaurants, cute downtown area and gas stations. It was a very quick, easy check in. The lobby was beautiful and so was our room.

Some downsides were that our microwave that was located by the vending machine was bad. It didn't work and was outdated. The vending machine also didn't work. The doors said that they locked the sliding doors at 11 which made us feel safe but when I came in at 1 am, they were wide open. Breakfast is also not included and an additional price which is not something you typically see.

The staff, their friendly service. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were nice.

Just to explain more at the front desk about the housekeeping service that was available ( UP ON REQUEST), I didn’t know that and it was not mentioned at the check in time HSKP service is available up on request.

It’s was pleasant overall.

It was a quick check in. Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not included in the price for some reason. So we did not have the breakfast there. Everywhere else we stayed, breakfast was included.
