Broken exercise equipment, took towels but did not replace them, no towels outside at pool, ran out of breakfast items. Beds were small. Air conditioning did not work properly.

It was on our route north and accessible room was near elevator.

Accessible room didn’t have walk in shower.

It’s very calm, rooms are clean, beds are very comfy, staff is nice

In order to go to the pool you have to leave the hotel through the front door and walk all the way to the pool instead of having access from within the hotel. The elevators smelled like weed at some point

Facilities and all staff except front desk attendant were great.

Staff at breakfast very attentive. Selection was good.

when we checked in, I was informed that room was cancelled because original credit card had changed because of fraud alert after reservation was made. Attendent at front desk was not all that sympathetic. We managed to get a room but not what I had reserved. I was told that someone attempted to call me. It was a landline and we had left early in am. When I did get home, there was no message but I did see that a call was made. If a message had been placed, a family member could have alerted me while I was traveling. I still am upset with front desk situation. This is the third year I have reserved a room with your hotel.

The beds were small but was ok for 1 bigger person

Price was good, however the cleanliness was not good.

The hot water didn't work most of the time taking a shower. The comforter was either dirty or stained. The floor was sticky near the trash can.

Taking cold and/or luke warm showers.

It was fine for what we needed at the moment as it was my daughter’s graduation from HPU.

I always stay here. It’s clean and relatively close to HPU.

The cleaning has come down a little and the hotel itself needs a freshening up by now. (Bathrooms rugs etc)

It was terrible and scary.

Nothing it was unsafe and will not stay again. Not worth the $200 I spent

The facility was unsafe. It smelled of marijuana. People fighting in the hallway requiring police presence. Unsafe for my family who had to witness this. Loud and noisy. Room was decent but beds were hard.

I enjoyed the breakfast.saved me some money, because I had my kids with me.that helped a lot thanks.

Disappointing

The location was great and close to multitude places to eat.

The water pressure was horrible and it took forever to get hot water. The bedding wasn't clean and we had to get new bedding

The breakfast was quite good. Decent selection and very well attended.

We checked in with dogs and there was no information about fees, weight allowance etc on booking.com. I was a little surprised by the price per dog that was requested.

I was given a handicap room and would have greatly preferred a regular room. the hotel called me on my way to the hotel and asked if I needed a handicap room and I told them no, I would prefer a regular room, but when I got there they still put me in the handicap room. doesn’t make any sense to me?

Good value and comfortable

Good breakfast and convenient location. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Overall very clean and good value for money.

It is a bit outdated and the bathrooms could get a facelift

When I entered the room I spotted stains on the top cover and the blanket. Don't understand how it was missed.

The property is right off the highway, great access to the interstate and everything is not a far distance!

Hot water wasn’t hot enough and needs to remodel bathrooms!
