Location
Our room had little view. Spider webs in every corner and chairs of balcony. I actually took a towel and cleaned myself so I could sit on the balcony

Would have liked to see front desk staff wearing the same jackets or tops---more professional than various street clothes.

Location
The bed was terrible. Need new mattress.
4.1
The only thing we liked was the bedding.
The place is dirty, in need of a good deep cleaning and vacuum. The balcony is filthy. It overlooks the restaurant “ Jetty’s”, which plays extremely loud rock music till midnight! Breakfast is awful, overpriced and not even a dairy- free milk availability, which is in a stark contrast across a street at “ Best Western”, where it’s same but free breakfast with almond milk, oh.. and much much cleaner, too!! Staff is inattentive and slow.

Balcony and great rooms
They double charged me

The bed was extremely comfortable
The remote had to be shaken in order to work.

It was with in walking distance to the Hyatt where most of my friends stayed 🤷♂️
It was at the water.

Location was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly.
The hotel pool was old and dirty. No hot tub. The bedding on beds was old and tattered. The 2nd story outdoor seating area was minimal at best. No plants or mood lighting. Nothing to make me want to go there. For the price we paid I was expecting more from a Hilton property.

Views are nice.
The room wasn't super clean and maybe due for refresh. There was a shared balcony outside our room. Also, balcony was marked closed. I told front desk and they said it was open, but the next day the closed sign was still there.

Everything! From the size of the rooms to the water pressure in the shower! Everything was terrific
there is an a safe in the room, but it really didn’t matter.

The view was beautiful. And the room was very comfortable for our stay.
There was no warning prior to our visit that the pool and gym were under construction. Bar and restaurant were closed both nights. Breakfast was not a good value.
Elevator doors close too quickly for my handicap aunts.

Right by the water, comfortable bed, clean, fresh hotel
The pool and fitness room were closed

It is a beautiful location with a balcony right over the water. the room is set up nicely and the living area seating was updated and comfortable.
we were unable to sleep until the party was finished at the venue next door. The live band’s sound system was ridiculously loud. We should have been warned that this room choice would make it impossible to sleep until after 1:30.
4.1
pretty view from our balcony, walking distance to restaurants
overpriced for a waterfront hotel off season. lack of amenities (hot tub not working, breakfast although available was not included in the steep price of the room)

Didn't pay extra to eat breakfast at the hotel, but thanks for the coffee in the room.
The location was lovely.
The handicap rooms should ALWAYS be located on the main floor in case of fire. Because my husband is in a wheel chair, the fact that we could only get a room on an upper floor, even after requesting 1st floor well in advance, presents a huge safety risk and concern for us. Our 5th floor accessible room was lovely, clean and had a great view, but there was no way down other than the elevator....which can't be used in a fire! Not being able to use the pool was disappointing as well. Evidently it had been out of commission all summer. Breakfast should be included in the price, not extra.

The location was modern, clean, attractive. LOVED the waterfront views. The staff was warm, professional and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great. Will definitely come again!
Only complaint is lack of room service. It was fine to go down to the restaurant this time. But I like the option of not having to get dressed and engage with folks when I don't want to.

Location was excellent. Room was very spacious. Also, everything was very clean. We had a great view of the bay and were very pleased. Lots of great restaurant choices and it was nice to be able to hear the band from our balcony.
At check in one of the older male concierge's was pretty rude and confrontational about bringing our little service dog. He is a legitimate ESA and I have no problem paying extra for him. All the hotels we have ever stayed in do not charge for him so when I asked what the policy and presented the ID the male concierge was very short with me and said "That is a pet, not a service animal you will have to pay for it!". Again, I have no problem paying but suggest that gentleman might try to speak more kindly to your customers and not be so rude.
