Other than the noise it was what was expected.

Breakfast and location were fine

Noise. Toilet flush was loud, ac cycling was loud, road noise on week end was loud and some of the guests were loud in the hallway.

This hotel isn’t worth the money you pay to stay here.

The pool smelled weird and looked dirty. No towels for people swimming. Everything needs to be updated big time. The ONE elevator was slow, small, and needs updating. Rooms didn’t have extra bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. The entrance had a weird smell as well, the whole hotel just felt dirty and in need of updating. Not worth the money it cost to stay here. Also, I was told that SpringHill Suites does not offer discounts for military or AAA members. This is just crazy, I couldn’t believe that. When I asked the front desk person she didn’t speak very good English and stated that they don’t do discounts for anything, which I found strange.

The pool was clean , sofa bed was a nice bonus . Nice shampoo and conditioner .

The refrigerator is really just a cooler . Mine took a long time to cool up . I used the women’s restroom and got locked in the bathroom because the handle came off in my hand . All pork no turkey or chicken options for breakfast .

Overall, we had a good stay.

Good location; close to things we planned to do. Clean and comfortable.

No one at the front desk multiple times. Had to wait for someone to show. Stayed three nights; no cleaning service entire stay. At a minimum, would've liked someone to empty trash and check paper products (ran out).

I will definitely stay here again, my favorite place now.

The room was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I love the sitting area and the awesome walk in shower. The breakfast, wow, I have never seen a better buffet breakfast. All around just fantastic ❤️

There was nothing I didn’t like about this.

Okay hotel probably would not stay their again and they charged over $100 in extra fees

We arrived on Saturday asked for our room to be cleaned on Sunday evening for the next day. The young lady at the desk took the information down in her head we never received the room service as requested. Her husband or boyfriend was waiting in the lobby and she took the information and went back in the lobby sitting area where she was when we came in and continued chatting with him.

The property clearly stated no concealed weapons on the property a guy that was staying in the first room on the first floor stopped us on Sunday evening while coming in he spoke but I can see he had a gun in the front of his shorts. Which was a great concern about our safety. The patio was really dark at night and the gate didn’t lock we set out there on Tuesday night and the pool door was propped open after 11:00 pm as someone was getting off work all they did was turn the lights off while the back door to the pool area was still opened.

Room had no place to hang clothes. Otherwise, we liked everything about it.

An okay place to stay - wanted to like it more.

The look of the property was modern.

The floor of the shower was dirty and the fan in the bathroom did not work. it didn’t feel the cleanest. The pool area also was in great need of a deep clean. the concrete around the pool needs a good power wash, it was really dirty as was the bottom of the pool. It definitely needed a refresh.

One night stay

The buffet breakfast in the morning was setup nicely and the food was very good. I liked the size of the room we stayed in and that there were two televisions so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch. I liked that there were plenty of towels so everyone was able to shower. In the morning, one of the kids accidentally knocked a drink into the floor and it spilled all over. We found one of the employees and she very nicely said she would grab some washcloths and the mop to get it all. We apologized over and over and she very kindly said, "It's alright, it's not the first time this has happened, and it most likely won't be the last."

I was a little frustrated when we arrived to check in because on the front desk was a sign that just said "Will be back in 30 min, Thank you!" There was no specific time listed as to when they left or when they would return. A couple more customers showed up, 30 min went by, and 10 min after that, someone finally came to the front desk. I am usually a pretty easy going person and I can understand if you are the only person working and you have to take a break, but at least put an approximate time that you left or a time that you plan on returning when placing that sign up. The employee who finally got there did not apologize and did not seem very personable. He may have just been having an off day and I get it, we all have those. Other than that little hiccup, everything else went well.

It was great, clean and spacious with helpful staff and a great breakfast.

We loved the spaciousness of the room. We were able to fit the pack and play in the office nook while still having space for the other 4 members of the family to sleep. It was cool in the heat. The layout of the room was fantastic. Plenty of space to organize luggage and sporting equipment without the room feeling cluttered or tripping over stuff. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

The hotel was nice. I liked the modern feel. The bathroom mirror was fantastic for doing my make up.

There was a boys lacrosse team that was overly aggressive in the pool area and their parents drinking on the pool patio after 3 am they were so loud I could hear them on the 4th floor...I feel like the staff should have handled that.
