So-so, won’t stay again unless it is a much better price.

Friendly staff.

Took a cold shower with small hits of warm. Paid too much for cold shower. Loud room location.

room was very nice, bed very comfortable....staff was excellent

under construction but they sent email and told us so we were well aware and we chose to stay there anyways. they had it very contained and went out of their way to accommodate us.

My trash cans had no trash bags, my bathtub was broke, and my ice for my drink had mold in it.

My stay was very positive, with a beautiful room I can not complain.

At 8am on Friday morning of my stay, I was met by a knock followed by my door being opened and quickly shut. Wasn’t the worst experience ever but definitely scared my partner. I wish times were posted and those entrances were made clear.

the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel room (last week stay at your other location and it was a broke down Betty - elevator) leak in room and a few other things. The staff her was going to be our last efforts to stay at Hyatt place.

the dishwasher did not do a good job both days I had to search for a plate that did not have product on it. the parking was not a hit

My father was in a hospital that was right up the street and it was easy to get there I will be back very comfortable

Always amazing

My 5 yo locked me out of our room. Fernanda ,housekeeping on floor 2, got me back in our room, and every time we saw Fernanda she made my son laugh.

Was good but expected better for the price.

We could check in early with no fees. Rooms great size and set up was great. Let us change rooms with no problems.

Beds to hard. Heaters didn't work in either room throughout the night then came on for little bit right before we checked out.

Wonderful room layout.

I loved the layout of the room. I was so surprised to find a seating area, desk, and a small sink area.

Most of the lights didn't work in the room. Of the two by the couch the one didn't turn on. Of the two by the bed, one didn't turn on and the other one was hard to turn on. Once I got it turned on I couldn't get it turned off. The breakfast was so so. The fruit bowl was old. The coffee was delicious.

Nothing was bad, I just expected the Hyatt hotels all to be the same or at least very similar. The breakfast was the same from a Hyatt place I stayed at out of state but the 2 differences was the room layout (I like it) and the bathroom. The bathroom was really small the other hotel provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner inside the shower. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me but stating how my expectation was for it to match another hotel I was at. That is why I booked to stay there.

Superb

The room was a little cramped in the bath and sleeping areas, and it was difficult to get things in and out of the tiny corner closet. (I am guessing they probably have larger closets in other rooms at this location). The outlets and lights in the seating area did not work, which was a minor inconvenience. We have stayed at other Hyatt Places, and my very favorite is in Lakeland, Florida.

Very good

It was a very relaxing environment to walk into the room with an elbowed couch just waiting to be sat on, and the bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep before we knew what had happened to us-it made for a very relaxing getaway. Also, the fruit in the breakfast dining area was a fantastic mixed fresh flavor!!

Clean, comfortable, and great service!

Greg at the front desk was really nice and efficient. Our travels were delayed in gridlock traffic west of Columbia MO due to fires. We were wiped out when we arrived. He made it easy for us to check in and get to our room so we could rest. Thank you Greg!!
