They stay excceded our expectations - Kudos to Christy - who spoke with us and offered choices.

Location to our destination and the staff was responsive and pleasant to work with

Friends who checked in the day before we were to arrive did not stay due to the smell of smoke and cleanliness. They changed accommodations. They gave us a heads up about what to expect. We voiced those concerns ahead of time with the Quality End Front Desk and they contacted us later the evening prior to our arrival and offered us an out if we wanted it and our room charge would be fully refunded. We voiced our concern, it was noted on our reservation and we were given a room that was clean and did not smell of smoke. The staff also waived the smoking fee security deposit.

Over all good weekend stay in Greensboro.

Everything was good excepting the fact that there were no grab bars in the tub.

Not worth the stay.. Disgusting

This hotel is disgusting, the first room we had the bathroom toilet had urine stains on the back of it, I didn’t notice it until I went to flush it after using it. Then it wouldn’t fill back up. I went down to advise the staff. Changed rooms, checked the bathroom same thing urine stains on the back of the toilet. I cleaned it because I was tired and didn’t want to go back down stairs. My daughter tried to take a shower and the water didn’t get hot or even warm, so we both had to was up in the sink that had low water pressure, the carpets are old and dirty. There’s also no elevator in this building. My daughter is going to college here and this establishment will not be on my list to return to.

it said in the description that it had a pool that it had a pool, and that it had had hot breakfast which was the reason why I choose this particular hotel, and to get there and those two things are not available made me very angry

Cleaning 👎 our rooms where not properly cleaned.

Location is great 👍. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful.

Pool was unavailable. Strong smell to waste waters (poop) on the Stairs. Dirty carpet. Our bed sheets had cum on them. Bathrooms not properly cleaned. Bathroom door olmos falling off. Overall needs to change your rooms cleaners they’re not doing the job.

Only thing good about the stay was the bed was comfortable

Didn't eat the breakfast, did like how I had access to all the attractions near me.

Spirit's stay

The staff at check were very professional and friendly especially the white woman with glasses sorry I didn't get her name but she remembered my name as soon as I approached the check in desk because this was another stay I was on. I was impressed with my name remembrance part. I believe it is the perfect place because there are plenty of restaurants along the street before you turn to go to the hotel. All types whatever anyone is looking for . Convenient to four season town center mall. It is just two turns from 40 east or west. Several gas stations in the area including one on the other side of the street threw the traffic light. It has a pool as well at this quality inn during summer season. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast with waffles , fruit, juice, etc. Room service with a friendly service staff and very clean rooms . Very quiet place at least when I was there. Over all I think anyone would enjoy their stay there.

I loved how easy it was to get checked in and how the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little harder then I would have liked and they seem to think there is still a pandemic so the breakfast choices were small

Don’t do it.

the staff was very friendly

it was filthy, smelled horrendous, the beds were not queens like advertised and were not comfortable at all, there was still some dirty linens from previous people, the room was musty and floor was spongy, the shower was disgusting, 2 out of 3 bathroom lights were burned out, the sheets were questionable for cleanliness, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, there was a gaping hole in the curtain, the refrigerator smelled like a dead body

we were looking for something close to where we were going to celebrate new years and picked this place because it was c

close to the venue I was going to.

there were 2 dirty wash clothes in the bathroom. The AC/Heating units cover was literally hanging off, the door to the room was dirty and the bath tub was dirty.

Quality inn stay

Everything. The very friendly check in staff , the room , the location is great , the rooms are clean beds , shower , floors, clean towels and wash clothes . Nice spacious rooms. Continental breakfast with waffles ,cereal,fruit. It was a quiet peaceful room right near the front on the first floor. Plenty of parking on the property. There's a biscuitville right across the street and plenty of different restaurants all on the same street when you come off I -40 exit 217. Hotel is convenient to I -40 just a couple of turns.

Nothing it was a excellent place to just rest and have all I needed within a close driving range without going a long distance to find anything.

Room 111 Bed bugs and when I ask the front Desk clerk to walk to the room so she can see the bed bugs she declined. Also I have to wait till an exterminator comes before getting a full refund.
