Nothing
Our room wasn’t there. We had the search at night for another room
1.0 / 5.0
It was close to the event and clean
They showed they had a pool which they don't or I would have went somewhere else. Breakfast was a joke.

Having a kitchen
The prices are subject to change any day of the week

Didn't like nothing
Why because I wasn't able to stay there, because Booking.com failed to say that there is a deposit required. So I had to cancel

Listen, the front desk employee was among the friendliest, most helpful, most efficient I've encountered in a while. She deserves to be recognized as an exceptional representative for the brand.
I have never stayed at ESA before - it's not my usual thing. And my first impression was, uh....what have I done? But nothing can turn around a rough first impression like a warm, welcoming greeting.
The smell in the hallway - I can't say what it was, because I have never smelled anything like that in my life. It was so pungent that I debated turning around and leaving. Unlocked my room and discovered that whatever hell portal was open in the hallway did not include the room. Clean, smelled great, and a surprisingly comfortable bed. Ended up having a pleasant stay despite that weird hallway stench.

I love the location for shopping for anything before my flight!!
Loud hoodlums passing by in their vehicle!!

Canceled once I saw the room and smelled all the smells at the hotel. Lobby and check in lady nice. Got to hallway. No way!!! Then to room. Nah!!!! Would not stay there. I'd b afraid to put my feet on the floor
Cleanliness, smells everywhere, carpets nasty, price!!!!!!!!!! For that room was absurd. Dark, dungeon, stinky, noises in hall, seemed skanky
3.5 / 5.0
The staff at the front desk, especially the day shift lady get a five star for courtesy and professionalism.
TO THE HEAD OFFICE: PLEASE PUT FLOORING IN EACH UNITS AND CORRIDORS, IT'S WAY MORE SANITARY, ESPECIALLY THAT YOU ACCEPT DOGS! There was a bad smell on floor two for the time I was there.
I EXPERIMENTED WITH MANY LOCATIONS OF YOUR BRAND AND THIS ONE IS CHALLENGING WITH LUGGAGE. YOU HAVE TO GO UP A FEW STAIRS AND THEN OPEN DOUBLE DOORS THAT ARE TOO CLOSE DOORS. IT'S JUST NOT PRACTICAL WITH LUGGAGE.

Nothing
looked like a homeless shelter…outdated furniture and TV, bathroom outdated, some lights in the room were not working…toilet water ran after it was flushed, bathtub peeling, carpet smells old and musky.

This was by far the worst hotel stay to date. This was my first stay at an extended stay. Outside of the location this facility has no redeeming qualities.
Where can I start. I was in the basement with a portal for a window. The odor, decor, and overall atmosphere. the only thing that was missing were bed bugs and believe me we looked.

Breakfast didn't eat. Location was good.
