Sehr gute Betten Hervorragende Lage, zur Subway sind es nur 150 Meter Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank Tolle Dachterrasse

Cleanliness, location and staff - the staff were fantastic

Breakfast - scrambled egg overcooked, lack of vegetable choice e.g. fresh tomato, beans. Sausages and patties quality was not great. Orange Juice was not 100% Orange Salt & Pepper not available at the table. Room cleaning - coming back to unmade rooms at 3pm on two days.

Insgesamt würden wir wieder buchen!

Die Zimmer waren gut. Waren sauber. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher, müsste aber nicht sein. Ablagemöglichkeiten bei einem 5 Tage Aufenthalt für die Kleidung waren etwas dürftig. Den Sesel im Zimmer hätte man sich sparen können. Lieber im vorhandenen Schrank mehr Ablagefächern. Lage für uns ausgezeichnet in Chelsea. Nah an verschiedenen Metro-Stationen. Frühstück darf man nicht mit unserem Frühstück vergleichen, aber gut. Dafür frisches Obst.

Geräumigkeit des Zimmers durch den Sessel und einer Kommode und kleinem Tisch an der Wand ging verloren. Ok, bei Städtetrip ist der Zimmeraufenthalt deutlich niedriger. :-) Zum Teil gingen die USb-Anschlüsse nicht. Frühstück: Frisches Gemüse war nicht vorhanden. Allerdings Einweg-Kaffeebecher, hier könnte noch ein Umdenken auch unter dem Gedanken Müllvermeidung erfolgen.

Très bien situé , vue sur l' Empire State qui est eclairé chaque soir ! Bon petit déjeuner. Bonne literie.

Problème avec l'orientation du pommeau de douche qui était ingérable : très peu pratique ! Il n'y a qu'un seul siège : dommage !

We enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay at this hotel when we visit the city again.

The staff were lovely and we had a very welcoming team member on reception when we arrived and we felt welcomed each time we came back to the hotel. The team were very helpful offering umberellas etc when it was raining heavily outside.

The breakfast was very repetitive, and didn't have all the options shown on the posters. More variety at breakfast would be much better. This was our only slight issue.

Great location and terrific staff

The breakfast was terrific and the staff in the breakfast room very attentive. Many breakfast options that changed a bit by day. The room was comfortable and well insulated to not hear noise from the neighboring rooms. We needed more pillows and they were quickly provided when we checked in.

It became hard to get on an elevator during peak breakfast/departure times. The room itself had some minor flaws that were quickly addressed by staff.

Lovely hotel in ana active part of town!

Nice hotel in a great part of town. We had an amazing view. Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable and clean room.

Breakfast was meh. It could use an upgrade.

Execelent for your first time in New York

Location , central Manhattan close to 2 metro stations and 15min walk to Times Square

Isolation to the other rooms and the walkway were not the best , some times we could hear people talk .

Le personnel a été accueillant et très serviable, le petit déjeuner inclus était une belle surprise, la vue de la chambre d’angle du 24ème étage était magnifique, la chambre et salle de bain étaient propres (l hôtel dans son ensemble est très propre également), la literie était très confortable.

Rien (à part peut-être le bruit de la climatisation mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail sans importance)

Very good location and there are 5 more hotels on that street, do the math yourselves.

Nice view overlooking 28th Street and 6th Avenue. Complementary breakfast - nice.

Tiny room. Cleaning of room very late in the day - around 16:00 or 17:00, better be out during that time or ask reception for a specific cleaning time.

le chauffage beaucoup trop chaud et beaucoup trop bruyant dans la chambre. il a carrément fallu le couper pour pouvoir dormir. Un membre du personnel de service au petit déjeuner carrément agressif la qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner est mauvaise pas assez de place dans la salle pas assez de couteux, de fourchettes, de verres, etc... Bref évitez l'option petit dej ! attention aux heures de pointe : beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup d'attente aux ascenseurs (5 minutes et plus montre en mains)

Great location and amazing view!

Great location. Great view of the Empire State Building and the surrounding area from our room on the 27th Floor!

Un séjour exceptionnel

Emplacement parfait et personnel très agréable. La vue du roof top est magnifique. Lit confortable, coin cuisine parfait. Un vrai petit déjeuner complet .

Les tarifs sont un peu hauts, il faut s’y prendre à l’avance.

Clean, modern room with great view. Convenient location.

The room is just beautiful with great view. Found out next to hotel is a popular bar with selling-point is the view which is similar to the view from my room. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is so so. Quite a few restaurant just across the road.

Very pleasant and enjoyable but you pay for it.

Room was a great size, same with the bathroom. Loved having a kitchenette and many mirrors around the room.

The price for this and pretty much every NYC hotel is astronomical. Yes I enjoyed my stay but it wasn’t worth the price I paid.
