Just what you want in a B & B. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions we had. Breakfast as we had read from other reviews awesome. Beautiful patio for dining along with a gorgeous koi pond. Oh, and Kenzie , the resident pup, was an extra treat!
The parking was much more out of the way than we were lead to believe. The only negative.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Froze (could not control temperature). The innkeeper failed to share when I made my reservation that restaurants were closed on Tuesdays. Did not stay the night; left at 8:30 p.m. for the long drive home.

They treated us really well and they were also very friendly/nice. Overall, it was a good experience, I would recommend.10/10
Nothing really. Everything was perfect.

I love the location. It's walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable. I want to get one. The staff was great too when you run into them they speak and are very friendly. But overall it was a very beautiful home. It felt like we were in someone's home which was fine for me but not for hubby.
I did not like that it was extremely difficult to keep the room cool. It was extremely hot in the room. I didn't get proper sleep because of that. I think it takes a lot of finagling to figure it out. They added a window unit but I kept turning it down and managed to get it to 67 but it was still hot. I think had I turned it to 60 it would have worked out. I was going to stay a second night but my husband wanted to go somewhere else. The breakfast was a 3 course meal but you don't get to choose your opinion of food so that's a miss. They should definitely allow you to choose your meal options.

The daily 3-course Breakfasts on the patio were unique, delicious and presented with understated finesse.
Pat, the host, was an absolute sweetheart, helpful and always cheery.
Our only negative, and it was minor, was that the bathroom sink bowl sat atop the counter and given that my spouse and I are both on the shorter side, we had to raise our hands to chest level in order to wash them. Not a deal-breaker though as we made a joke out of it each time we used the sink.

The hotel is located in a walking distance from all the major attractions of the city. It's very cozy and located in a quiet place. Amazing owner met us with a great hospitality. The greetings card in our native language was so nice and unforgettable.
The breakfast was like a Michelin restaurant food. Rooms were equipped with everything needed.
If we are back to St. Augustine, we will be back to this hotel with no doubt.

From beginning to end my stay was exceptional! The breakfast was top notch be sure not to sleep in too long and miss it! It is centered perfectly to walk around the historic district, fine dining, shopping or grabbing a drink.
Nothing, it was a wonderful trip!

The atmosphere, the location, the breakfast and the bedsheets were wonderful. The grandkids wanted to see the place and they loved the fish, the grandfather clock and said it reminded them of Harry Potter.
It was a bit noisy at night- due to the other guests.

This was the first bed and breakfast we ever visited- and it exceeded our expectations! We arrived late at night, and the owners were able to accommodate with us. The room was worth the price, and I love how each room was uniquely decorated. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to St. George Street each day, which is where we spent a lot of our time. The breakfast food and drinks were exceptional so kudos to the chef!

This was our 5th or 6th stay at this in. Pat is an incredible manager and her attention to detail is second to none. This isn’t just a stay at an inn, it’s our home away from home. Breakfast is always unique, special and delicious!! We will return!!
Not a thing! Perfect!

The room (Lavender’s) was beautiful. The courtyard is a little bit of paradise. We had an excellent breakfast. I fear that, as iPad readers, we must have frustrated the ghost, since we had no books for her.

Perfect location for quiet and convenience. The pool area was a welcome amenity in the Florida heat! Breakfast was great! Wonderful ammenities like bicycles available as well.
Social in afternoon didnt seem cohesive. Wine and cookies is appreciated but dont really go together. Maybe put cookies out in evening. Maybe a staff member to host the social hour by helping with dinner reservations or offering quick tour of the Inn, etc.

Pat was amazing and very warm welcoming! It was our first experience and we truly were blown away! I will tell all my family and friends about this!! 💕
Parking- we had to park a few blocks away, which is okay, it’s just we got caught in the rain and my husband has a prosthetic!
