Good location in midtown, close to theatre district and Grand central on quiet street .

Quiet street in midtown, just a few blocks from Grand Central. Room very clean and roomy, beautiful shower, super friendly staff.

No free breakfast.

Overall, I wouldn’t book here again. Not for the price of what I expected - my expectations were not met

The location

The size of the step off balcony - description should have been more clear especially for someone of a bigger body size. The comforter set was disgusting, I was so upset that my guest and I slept with that blanket before we realized the disgust. We got another thin blanket which wasn’t enough but we got a replacement. Lastly, the gym was not in the building but it was within walking distance, I don’t recall that being in the description either. Lastly, the air was not working our first night which made our stay uncomfortable but they did fix it first thing the next morning

Wonderful! Fantastic staff, fantastic service, location and balcony was fantastic! We will be back.

The exceptional staff and accommodations they made to ensure we had a great trip. We got married during our stay there, and they accommodated all needs, brought our packages we had to order last minute up to our room, ensured we had chairs for hair and make up, and cleaned our sometimes ridiculous mess (we tried to pick up as much as possible).

Not the best

Good location

Think this property is kidding itself on if it thinks it is 4 star. Not great sound proofing and floors weren’t adequately cleaned. Expensive for what you get.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly at all times. Not much space in the room for our suitcases and not much space for toiletries in the bathroom

One lift was broken the whole of our stay. One evening there was knocking and banging, we rang reception who said there was no maintenance going on. My husband went into the hallway and the door to the electrical cupboard was being held open by a screwdriver, no one to be seen. That is a health and safety issue

The pillows gave an illusion ! lol they where fluffy at first but overtime throughout the night they became very flat but i loved everything else

Very good-located, clean, proper and perfect hotel for your trip to NYC!

The room was perfect size, very clean and proper. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of light comming because of the big windows. The staff was nice. The location is amazing: walking distance to all the center and perfect for all metros, even the airport one! I would stay here again FOR SURE! 100% recommend it!

It’s expensive but all NYC is, so nothing bad to say at all!

Beds and bathrooms were nice and clean. Nice staff.

Broken elevator for 18 floor hotel. I used the stairs because it took a long time if you waited for the one working elevator.

Not as perfect as our first stay earlier this year .

Comfortable bed, lightning-fast room service, no wait for elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great.

It was too warm even though the a/c was cranking, Room was in need of a fresh coat of paint; scuff marks on walls & bathroom door made it feel a bit dirty. Door handle to balcony was difficult. We stayed here in April and did not encounter these issues. Same corner-king balcony room type, different floor.

Terrible cable and tv … didn’t get ESPN coverage and didn’t give any notification. Charged for Wi-Fi, room incredibly small and noisy

Pleasant stay in NYC and property meet expectations.

My husband and I love the cleanliness of the property and our room. Also, like how it’s just walking distances to Grand Central, Times Square, Empire State Building, etc.

No complaints on the property. However, shower shampoos, conditioner, and body wash could be better. Having hard time pumping it out from the wall mount.

Not great!

The staff are nice and helpful. The room was cleaned very well daily.

The view of the back yard wasn’t nice and the worst thing was the super noisy exhaust fans next to our room. The queen bed was tiny - not enough space for two. The bottle with shower gel was empty when we arrived and the shampoo wasn’t refilled next day either even though it was nearly empty. During this journey we have stayed in many different hotels across Japan & US and this one was the worst hotel and the worst value for the money unfortunately.

It was a quick wonderful trip

I had room 1002 Beautiful balcony only complaint no where to sit. I noted to bring a concert chair next time. People were so nice. Every employee from front desk to valet to the man who brought me more towels

Need somewhere to sit and have a coffee on these balconies especially the big ones had to lean coffee on planter.

Convenient hotel, and well run.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Easy check-in. Stored my bag easily the next day so I wouldn’t need to bring it with me to my events.

The room I was in was small, but consistent with the square footage, stated on the reservation site. The bed was fairly comfortable. The TV was a little complicated to figure out, in terms of finding the live network stations. Construction outside made the appearance of the street. Rather sad.

had everything we needed, nothing extraordinary

we were given a free upgrade to a balcony room as it was memorial weekend which was unexpected! luggage storage was great as we had a late return flight. perfect location, so close to grand central

our towels were changed everyday (which is fine) but they only gave us one set instead of two, our glasses were taken away on night 2 and not given clean ones, the shower took ages to warm up and cobwebs in the corners of the room
