Limpieza, el personal y el trato, ayudan en todo. El autobús a Venecia en la puerta (linea 2) la zona tranquila, buena restauración a buen precio y de calidad. Lo recomiendo 100 x 100. Llegamos del aeropuerto en el bus 15 que te deja en Mestre estación de tren, bajas del bus y cambias de dirección a la acera de enfrente, coges la línea 2 dirección Mestre Struzo y te bajas en la parada del hotel C/ Vía Garibaldi. Sales del hotel, vas a la derecha y a 50 metros hay una pizzería que es un lujo, bien de precio y calidad. Sales del hotel, vas a la izquierda, sigues la calle de frente y llegas al ayuntamiento, una zona de restaurantes y copas. Saludos

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Die Lage mit dem Bus vor der Tür und Zentrumsnähe in Mestre ist ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert ist aber älteren Baujahrs und daher etwas laut. Die Badezimmer und die Dusche sind sehr eng.

Uma homestay pelo mesmo preço e bem mais confortável .

Por ser um hotel e ter a recepção até mesmo para tirar dúvidas , os atendentes foram bem mau educados.sem muita questão de ajudar ou até mesmo ser solicito . Além de ter que subir 2 andares de escada com mala de 23 kg (hotel não tem elevadores)

Friendly, helpful and in a great location

Clean, comfortable beds, very quiet location. Good location for the bus. The bus stopped outside the front door of the hotel when we came back from Venice. Good traditional breakfast. Lovely, caring and helpful staff. Could buy bus tickets from reception.

- not a value for money , very small room and not well isolated we could here everything even the staff in the morning specially that we were in room in floor 0

Good enough place with nice staff. Weird system for breakfast, but food was delicious.

Nice staff, gave good recommendations on where to go, what to eat.In good place.

Tiny room for 4 beds. Veru weird breakfast system. Since you have to indicate what you want to eat for breakfast ehen you arrive and staff tells you that it is just an indication for them, but in the morning there is no self service.

Hi. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious. Make sure when you order toast that they know what you mean. The first morning we had bread rolls and crispbread in packets but, nevertheless, it was tasty. We also liked the large flannels in the bathroom, you don't get them very often. Location excellent for the number 2 bus to the train station and direct to Venice.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and also there was only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge but the room was booked for 2 people.

Perfect Hotel to visit Venice. Nice area.

Very kind and you can ask anything about Venice, the bus, eating. Everything is close. The bus stops almost in the Hotel, Very nice. The breakfast was lovely!

Superb

Good breakfast, very helpful stuff, best coffee, great service. They helped us with the tickets for transportation and a lot of information. They helped us to check in before the schedule. It was fantastic. We loved the place, close to public transportation (the bus stop is in front off the hotel).

Fantastic, short break - would have no hesitation in booking again!

Lovely traditional hotel, excellent location which was important to us. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Only negative is that I am a light sleeper, and we could hear other guests outside our room.

The location is great, there's a bus station in front of the hotel with a direct line to Piazza Roma, Venice, line 2.

The hotel itself is very old and tired, small rooms and bathrooms, and uncomfortable beds.

A good place to stay if you are on a budget, good breakfast, and good public transport connection.

Breakfast was really good! Also, the public transport connections to go and return from Venice were excellent.

The room size was too small fro three adults, beds were very uncomfortable.

Easy accessible by public transport. The man at the reception was more than helpful. Room was in good shape. Bathroom was clean.

The hotel is in a great location, right at the entrance is the bus stop where the bus to Venice stops. The staff is very friendly.

Although the hotel is neat and clean, the dilapidated sanitary ware in the bathroom leaves a bad impression.

Misleading photos if one books a single room!

The hotel is pleasant and the location is good. The room was cleaned every day.

I had booked a single room for 6 nights as I was visiting the Bienniale in Venice. The photos shown under single room are misleading as they show a double room and are the same shown under a double room. Why that is, I can only speculate. When pointing this out, all kinds of explanations were made but I assume the photos are still there. So, I did not have a desk as shown in the original photos, just a pull-out board above the fridge. The internet works but could be better. I do not know why the hotel „promotes“ the no 2 bus for going to Venice … yes, the stop is in front of the hotel but the bus takes forever by making many stops in Mestre and is usually quite full. I found it much more convenient to walk to Mestre Centro which is perhaps a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there one can choose between tram and a number of buses, originating there which means that one is more likely to get a seat. All tickets whether bus or tram to Venice cost the same - Euro 1.50 per trip and person. All in all, my stay was ok but I would probabl not go back.

Good location, well connected, clean, with private parking and most wonderful personnel!

This is one of the most beautiful accommodation experiences in Europe. Perfect location, in the centre of Mestre, with the bus station for Venice right in front of the hotel. It takes 20 minutes to Piazzale Roma. Private parking was perfect. But the personnel of Hotel Garibaldi is amazing. So helpful and kind. We heard about fantastic breakfast, but we didn't have it. Next time we will. Rooms are beautiful, comfy and clean. Bathrooms as well... We will come back for sure! And recommend! <3
