Beautifully designed Riad, lovely staff!!
Miriam and MoMo were wonderful and very helpful and gracious.
Malika gave an outstanding massage.
We stayed at the top room with a lovely terrace but the bathroom left something to be desired. It took a very long time to get hot water and the water sprayed everywhere so you’d have to move TP, towels, cosmetics everything out of the room for it to function.
Be prepared for MANY, very steep stairs to get to this unit. (But we loved it and felt it was worth it!)

Very child friendly, clean and well situated Riad. Thank you to the friendly staff, who was helpful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

the area of the hotel is a calm paradise in the crowded city of fez. being at this riad was something i looked forward to every day in our trip. the staff are very nice and friendly, specially mrs meryem was very sweet to us, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. our room was on top of the the tower with a very nice terrace, the stairs are a bit hard to climb but it didnt bother me at all. we tried the hammam treatment and it was very good.

nothing would never stay there again. steep stairs, no shower or consistent hot water. not a friendly staff and does not concern themselves about your stay! the entrance great room is impressive.
staff is not concerned about customer satisfaction. room did not have a shower only a wand. little hot water. is completely inflexible on booking dates and will not accommodate any changes. wrote two emails to the manager and no reply.

The photos and comments do not do Riad Said justice. It is a beautiful and comfortable property that looks like it jumped out of a story book! Meryem and Mohammed are both fantastic hosts! Each went out of their way to make me feel welcome, pampered, and comfortable during my 6-night stay. I had very early check in and out and Mohammed was so kind to make sure I was received and made my way with snacks for a very early flight. I particularly enjoyed breakfast (they have the best orange juice and pancakes/donuts EVER!). I also had two dinner meals with salads and desert at the Riad. The meals were fresh, delicious, gourmet treats and a good value for the price. My whole stay was a great experience and a really good value for the price paid. I definitely recommend Riad Said and will stay again next time in Fes!
The beautiful tile floors were a little cold at times on naked feet- but there are electric heaters in the room to keep your toes nice and warm!

Nice Riad, very welcome and friendly staff…breakfast is served outside in the terrace, it can be a bit fresh in the morning untile sun shines. Beds are comfortable. We had a Hammam experience that we recommend and a good dinner.
Breakfast in the cold terrace, it could be good to serve it in a warmer room

Beautiful Riad but what make it exception was the service provided by Mohammed. His, along with the other staff made our stay very worthwhile. Mohammed was extremely accommodating and helped us get familiarize with Fez. I would highly recommend the Riad.

We stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay at riad Said. Our room and private terrace were delightful and common terraces (3 levels) were really worth to spend time both at breakfast and afternoon, enjoying the serenity and views. We had all our dinners at the riad and was really worth it (delicious 3 courses meal at the beautiful and romantic central patio). We also had hammam at the riad and we really enjoyed both the lady’s service as well as the hammam traditional and luxurious decoration. The owner and the stuff were really hospitable, always with a smile and arranged all our needs.Location of the riad is also very convenient (walking to the souks and main sights of the Medina was easy and parking was also at about 150 meters away). We absolutely recommend it, as staying at places like this is a travel experience itself.
That we had to leave.

Our stay in the riad was perfect, the room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The place is beautiful, with a very nice terrace and good decoration. Breakfast is good. But the most remarkable thing about this place is without a doubt its staff, the two guys who attended us during our stay were excellent, very friendly, warm and helpful asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything. Special mention to the guy that stayed at night! he helped us a lot, preparing us breakfast even before the breakfast hours, helping us get to the airport and more.
The wifi signal was pretty bad, and didn't reach out bedroom.

The Riad is just gorgeous. The view over the old Medina is breathtaking.
Its clear to see, that the riad was furnished with a lot of love and eye to all details.
We had a lovely and very delicious dinner at the Rooftop in the evening.
The Personal is very kind, friendly and helpful.
I would defently go back to this magical place.

A lovely building with attentive, friendly staff - we enjoyed the Hamman here. We were upgraded from Fadila to Haida but probably would’ve preferred Fadila as the Haida room is closed in with windows into the courtyard and without a terrace.
It was overpriced, as we have found much of Morocco to be. Was very difficult to navigate the surrounding area due to the winding maze of streets. The staff were somewhat noisy at times, arguing, so that was a bit uncomfortable. The food was nothing special (too much bread done various ways) and the dinner here very expensive for what was given. Everything including water is added which isn’t fair for the price and basics like tea/coffee which are usually included are all added. We booked for 3 nights, but left after 2, found the Médina area in general very dusty, so not advised for anyone with a dust allergy.

A beautifully restored Riad within the old Medina. A common rooftop terrace with uninterrupted views across the Medina towards the mountain. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Professional and courteous service. Breakfast served in the terrace was a great start to the day, as was the traditional dinner (tagine etc), probably the best I had in Morocco, a fitting finale.
Could have paid more attention to details such as brighter lighting in the rooms and hand shower holders in the bath.

Lovely riad in a great location. Great breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value.
