Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gerade..so ok - Bett und Dusche, Rest muss man nicht hervorheben

Der kurze Weg zur Innenstadt

Rezeption nur mit Aushilfe besetzt (!) nur Englisch Kommunikation , Tiefgarage zu hohe Preise für keine wirkliche Sicherheit weil mit defekter Schranke / auch Automat out of order, wahrscheinlich auch nachts dann offen ( im Prinzip wie auf der Strasse ) - sollte man dafür Geld verlangen ?! Mussten nochmal das Zimmer wechseln weil TV Programme nicht installiert waren und keiner dafür zuständig war ! - 2.Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstrasse ( sehr laut )

für 2 Nächte ok

Hotell lag direkt an der S-Bahnhaltestelle gegenüber dem Theater. Hauptbahnhof und Fußgängerzone waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstückxsbüffet war leider etwas mager, ich hätte mir mehr auswahl gewünscht. Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer müßte an einigen stellen einer Kontrolle durch das Servicepersonal unterzogen werden und Schäden, durch wen auch immer verursacht, müßten Behoben werden.

Frühstücksbüffet sollte nach meiner Meinung mehr Auswahl aufweisen. Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer müssten einige vorhandenen Schädne (verursacht durch wen auch immer) beseitigt werden.

OK for a few nights but 100% will not return

Room was comfortable and clean. Location excellent and breakfast very fresh and plentiful, no need to go out hungry!

The security was terrible. Outside door to the street and inner door to reception open even after reception had closed. Basement door from garage into premises also open all night. Result, anyone can walk in off the street and roam around the hotel at will, hence one homeless person sleeping on chairs in reception the night we arrived. Breakfast room unlocked so one night sounded like a group having a party and dragging tables around during the early hours. More towels should be provided, only 2 not even bath size for 2 guests so no towels for drying hair. I appreciate it's a budget hotel but a kettle and beverage making facilities in the rooms would be appreciated, even if chargeable

Ken betere Ibis hotels dan deze

Airco op de kamer, anders klein en erg benauwd. Locatie is ideaal. Erg dicht bij station en binnenstad.

Bed heeft een kuil waar je in weg zakt. Erg gehorige kamer, waardoor beide 2 nachten nauwelijks geslapen door veel gebonk op muur en buiten dronken mensen tot 5 uur s ochtends. Service is erg slecht. Had problemen met ontbijt. Belofte die is gedaan m.b.t. lactosevrij en die is niet nagekomen. Heb buiten de deur moeten ontbijten elke dag, terwijl ik wel had betaald. Tijdens verblijf probleem niet opgelost ook en loopt nog via klantenservice Booking.

Die Lage

Die Hochbett-Matraze war übelst dreckig und ohne Bezug, unsere Kleine hat dann bei uns im Bett geschlafen. Bei der Dusche kam am zweiten Tag nur kaltes Wasser. Tücher haben gefehlt... usw...

Fiyat/fayda dengesi çok iyi olan, ibis standartlarını taşıyan ve beklentileri karşılayan bir otel.

Resepsiyon hizmetleri son derece yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve sempatikti. Kendine ait bir otoparkı olması büyük bir avantajdı. İş için gerekli bazı evraklarımızı yazıcıdan çıkartmaları ve bunun için ücret talep etmemeleri ayrıca bizleri sevindirdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Temizliğe dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Çarşafların üzerinde bazı tüyler vardı. Banyosu çok sınırlıydı.

Cheapest option in Ulm City Center.

It's definitely budget, but I've stayed in much worse places.

Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Lage sehr zentral alles war Fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück hatte ich keins. Dass das Zimmer gemacht wurde fand ich gut !

Dass es keine Ecke mit Wasserkocher oder andere Extras gab. Mehr Extras bzgl. Hygieneartikel oder Verpflegung wären wünschenswert. Eine Kommode für Koffer oder Klamotten wäre gut.

Nähe zum Weihnachtsmarkt

Na ja ist halt Ibis Budget. Die Zimmer entsprechend spartanisch ausgestattet. Aber ein paar Kleiderhaken mehr dürften es schon sein. War mal ein Versuch mit der Hotelkategorie, werden wir nicht mehr machen. Auch nicht bei einer Nacht!!

The male receptionist at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shocked that there was no boiler or phone in the room. Infestation of ants in the room and dirty looking bed covers with only 1 pillow

The hotel is easy to find from the train station, less than 10 minutes walk The room was larger than I expected I asked for a quiet room, and it was truly quiet Breakfast from 6.15am meant it was easy to catch an early train It was just a short walk to restaurants for an evening meal

Everything was clean and the hotel is close to the city center.

It was small but that was totally fine for the price.

The hotel is located near the main train station. in addition, McDonald's and EDEKA supermarket are located near the Hotel.

I arrived in Hotel with my family at midnight. When we entered the room, it was terrible because the room was not clean. The cover of the bed, pillows, and blankets was not changed, the bin was not empty, and the room was not clean. It was not possible to use pillows and blankets. Tomorrow morning we asked the reception to clean our room. When we arrived in the evening, unfortunately, the cover of the pillows and blankets was not changed again. There was no good management in the Hotel.

Location near to bahnhof and citycentre especially close to Ulm Minster and the busstop was very close where often bus or tram are available to the university

I would prefer to have stable and fast heating system.

As usual good value for the money.

I can understand that every hotel has to renovate once in a while. This should be communicated to the guests. Also, sections where painting and carpeting is being done should not be rented out. the smells caused by the work were unacceptable. I hope this issue will be considered by Ibis in the future.
