Nothing to like. The location isn't the best but also not the worst. Felt like a relatively safe area. Breakfast was passable.
The hotel is very dated and not as clean as it should be. The shower goes from freezing cold to boiling hot. Staff were not helpful when this was brought to their attention. Staff were not helpful at all over our 6 night stay. Staff members went out of their way to not speak with us and offered no guidance as to what the area had to offer. The hotel does not have a bar that is open in the evenings. We eat in the restaurant one night. There was one other couple there. The food was disappointing. The photos are not representative of the hotel or rooms. Extremely misleading. We stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels during our stay in Vietnam. The other hotels were as advertised. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. I feel it would be unfair to compare it to the 5 star hotels, so I will compare it to the other 4 star hotel we stayed in was excellent, every staff member was helpful, greeted us by name every time they met us and enquired about our stay at the hotel and the city and if we needed any help. When we did require assistance with something not related to the hotel the Manager herself assisted us going above and beyond. This is what we expected from this overpriced hotel. Avoid. Book a 5 star chain hotel for a lower price point and a more authentic vietnamese welcome. Would not recommend to a friend.

Nice pool. Very 'safe'.
Not the best location - in a real business area. Perfect for boomers who don't want to actually see Vietnam. The pool was not set up in the morning - no deckchair cushions etc. The lift buttons would never work which was frustrating.
Not great for young people.

lobby was nice, staff was attentive. rooms were clean, shower was great. very good location. workout area is nice
one of air conditioner in out family connecting room was not working correctly. It was warm in that room the whole stay. I informed the front desk and they sent the engineer up and the problem was never fixed. The main room air conditioner worked fine but it would shut off every two to three hours and you would have to manually turn it on for it to work. We stayed in another family connecting room on a different floor and that air conditioner works great. You can feel the springs in the mattress of the bed as well as dip on left and right side of the mattress. photo for the rooftop pool is definitely deceptive. pool area is small and not that nice

The pool at the roof is great! Nice place to recover from the city!

lovely reception and spa facilities.
Was expecting the room and bathroom to be a little more luxurious for the price.

- The room was a great size.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Good location if you're looking to get away from the busy old quarter.
- Nice restaurants nearby.
- Mouldy bathroom.
- The pool area is a little worn and could do with some TLC.
- Booked a room with a view of the city view, the view was non-existent.

The room did have a window, the WIFI did not work, the staff was not there after like 1100 and the security was not watching, I did not feel safe became bad neighborhood, and no card access to elevators and the security guard watching vidoes on his phone and not the door. The hotel transport to the airport stole my earpods, I left them in the transport and called them right after I got to the airport, I could literally see the devices leave the airport in the car, but the driver claimed he could not find them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

It's a proper hotel, perfect for if youre on a business trip. TV with lots of English channel, comfortable working table and chair.
Swimming pool and spa were great.comes with gym
You need to have Grab/ehailing to get around places of interest.

the staff were lovely and very attentive. the breakfast was nice and made life easier when travelling. the rooms aren’t big but very clean and comfortable
Other than forgetting shampoo and body wash for two days, everything else was great!
4.0
Clean, comfortable rooms. I liked that it is not in the old quarter of Hanoi which makes it feel more authentic, not as many tourists or tourist shops, but only a short walk to the lake and the old quarter. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful when organising day trips or recommending restaurants.
Not much, very nice hotel

Location is quite central. Other than that nothing positive to report.
They claim to be the "Highlight of your travel" and could not be further away from the reality. The staff is super rude and unfriendly (from the Manager to the staff working at breakfast to room service to cleaning. Only exception: man in the parking lot), customers are blamed for basically everything. Never experienced such unfriendliness throughout all our travel in Vietnam. Be careful: "room without a view" means small window facing a wall. No daylight, no fresh air. But again, it's your fault as a customer for not reading the description "window without view" right. As there are already many complains about that might be time to change the description instead of raising your voice towards your clients, huh? Breakfast super simple. SPA area not well maintained. All in all not a great experience and for sure not worth the money. At all.

Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel was spotless. Beds really comfortable. Perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do.
No bad points that we could see

great location. Rooms were clean. gym is small but nice outlook and steam/spa. early check in

Nice big room, all the amenities provided upfront. Nice roof top pool
Jacuzzi wasn't working unfortunately. Breakfast wasn't the most opulent.

On arrival I exchanged some UK pounds from Scotland. 24 hours later I was told my Scottish pounds were not acceptable and they had to bill my account for the amount exchanged. This in turn results in additional bank charges incurred by me for their mistake.

Although the interiors and everything was beautiful, we were surprised to get a room with no window - specially because it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking.
The staff was lovely and they arranged an early check in for us, just a prior intimation of room without windows would have helped us
Room size and fact that there were no windows
4.5
Beautiful and near the office I visit this time
The connecting room door is not sound isolated enough so the next door guests' voices and sound are heard clearly

The room was a good size and had great amenities
I wish there was some instructions for the sauna, I got there eventually but would have liked to be able to just walk in and not spend ages trying to get it going
2.5
location as walking distance from old quarter and lots of street food around to eat for dinner.
staff are wonderful, very helpful and quite pleasant.
breakfast wasn’t the greatest, not a lot of options for western food and didn’t enjoy coffee when requested and made.

swimming pool
room had no windows. awful for jet lag.
poor ventilation in bathroom
bar shut by 9.30pm
room not made up

Nice hotel in the French Quarter about 20 mins walk from old town. Food was nice. Staff found it hard to understand our requests
Our 5 year old broke a cup completely by accident and they were trying to charge us for it. We had stayed 6 nights with them at that stage. Eventually after speaking to manager we had to sign a form to say we wouldn't pay. It was v disappointing as this was our final conversation with them.
