Great value for money!

•location is great, just two minutes from Victoria street •staff was really nice and helpful •facilities were clean

•some people complain about the noise from a pub that is just across the street but to be honest I didn’t mind it that much, I could sleep just fine at night

Paguei por um quarto com casa de banho particular e a casa de banho não tinha sanita, apenas chuveiro. Tinha de ir a casa de banho geral que estava sempre imunda e a cheirar bastante mal. Depois há que ter sorte nas outras colegas, no caso do quarto para 4 pessoas, muita gente não tem respeito. O beliche de baixo é que dá luz ao beliche de cima o que é bastante incomodo especialmente se não conhecerem a pessoa a dormir por cima!

Find somewhere else to sleep

Convenient location

- Bar across the street plays very loud music all night - You have to do the check in yourself on very slow computers - Luggage storage is 3 pounds per bag!! - You need to press the shower constantly otherwise the water stops - Loud roommates who smoke by the window and do not respect quiet time while others are obviously trying to sleep - Building just looks super dodgy, more like a drug dealer den than a hostel

Comfortable bed but just so-so experience

The location is good but not easy to find. Someone has used my bed and they change the cover sheet quickly, that's good.

The luggage saving needs 3 pounds, I really don't understand. And the price is not cheap according to their serving.

La ubicación está muy bien. Muy céntrico

Está enfrente de una discoteca al aire libre. No pudimos dormir absolutamente nada en toda la noche. Además, las ventanas estaban rotas y no se podían cerrar. Cuando fui a pedir ayuda al personal de la recepción, me dijeron que no podían hacer nada ante esta situación. Por otro lado, el cabezal duchas apuntaba a la pared, por lo que era imposible ducharse en condiciones. Finalmente, contrate una cama en una habitación de SOLO mujeres y aún así intentaron meter a un hombre porque no tenían más disponibilidad de camas.

Rooms were lovely but I couldn’t get any sleep because of the bar across the street

The staff and facilities were wonderful, all clean and convenient

This isn’t the hostel’s fault but the sports bar across the street blasted music from 3 in the afternoon until 3 in the morning so I wasn’t able to get any sleep in the hostel

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY There is nothing good about this place. There was no cleaning in the bathroom, the rooms were cramped, the location is right beside a nightclub so you can't fall asleep till they shut the club down. There is NOTHING positive to say here.

Location- beside a night club that plays music every night till 2-3 am EVERY DAY Facilities- not cleaned or functional. Bathrooms on my floor were shut down.Showers were not clean and they make you take a navy shower by pushing the button every 10 seconds for water Rooms were awful and cramped- I had a top bunk so each time I hit my head on the top climbing up or down out of the bed. Rooms were not secure as the locks didn't lock or close As this hostel is cheaper it also attracts the worst people who come into the room at 3 am for check in and wake everyone else up.

Nice hostel but very very loud

Clean, with good facilities. Excellent location.

It was very loud. We expected some noise being in the centre but it continued to 4am. It wasn’t just outside street noise, it was guest shouting noise, staff shouting noise, door slamming and the fire alarm going off.

Disappointing and you could do so much better.

Definitely the location

That I was placed in a room that faced the Three Sisters beer garden and music pumped till 3:00am. Cleaning was very limited. And it showed. Floors were not cleaned or mopped every day. Hair from other guests was on the floor. Toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. Did not find staff over friendly or helpful like they said they were. Scowling looks, took their time to serve you. Dispute over check out times. One staff member saying 10am and emails received & booking.com saying 11am. They were rude about this.

A decent place to stay

The place is in a good location, staff is constantly present and trying to make things better for you. As the place recently opened, it seems some things were still missing on the reception part, but looks like a place with lot of potential.

In front of the place there is a place called Three Sisters that has loud music all day and until very late at night. Better to have ear plugs if you want to sleep. The price was quite high for a shared 6 bed room, but being fair that weekend was Taylor Swift concert.

Good for short sleeps and then leaving.

It was clean and secure. Tight operation.

The WiFi never worked during our stay so I wouldn’t include that in the amenities offered here. No locks on lockers so you should bring your own.
