Disappointed

Bed very comfortable

No one on reception when we arrived. I rang to see if someone would be able to come the receptionist (male) was not very friendly when he did eventually turn up not even a hello had to wait while he was sorting something out asked for the WiFi code he just pointed to it. Sink tap in bathroom very loose. Although the shower was very nice .Breakfast room small for the amount of people there.

Un emplacement stratégique !

L’emplacement est idéal, que cela soit pour les bus ou le métro. Les chambres sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est assez gourmand, il y a ce qu’il faut.

Nous avons retrouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain et nos serviettes de toilette étaient sales, mais le problème a été réglé.

A boa vontade dos funcionários chega a ser patética! Minha esposa esqueceu dois casacos no quarto após o check out e quando voltamos pra buscar (as 17h) o funcionário disse que não poderia fazer nada! Pelo que ele falou a camareira do hotel leva as chaves pra casa ( a primeira vez na vida que eu vejo isso) Sem contar, que os achados e perdidos do hotel não é no hotel! A Camareira entrega as coisas a uma mulher fora do hotel, onde não temos acesso nenhum! Simplesmente bizarro. Disseram pra gente ir somente no outro dia verificar se tinham encontrado o casaco, porém nosso voo era na madrugada ! Disseram que enviariam os casacos pra Portugal, mas eles não atendem e nem respondem mais! Sem contar o custo do envio que teremos que pagar, quando eles poderiam muito bem, ter aberto o quarto pra verificarmos! Ou seja, eu não indico um hotel desse pra ninguém! Os funcionários que estão ali pra resolver as coisas, não resolvem absolutamente nada!

Comodissimo ma si potrebbe migliorare

La posizione troppo comoda , 3 min dalla metro in zona bellissima

La colazione scarsa di bassissima qualità in alberghi della stessa categoria a Londra si trova di molto meglio, inoltre non amo i dispenser dei saponi nelle camere specialmente se non puliti bene e non riempiti. Scomodo fare colazione in una struttura diversa dall’hotel.

Estancia confortable con muy buena ubicación

Habitación pequeña, sencilla pero muy cálida y confortable. Desayuno muy básico, pero rescato el hotel y pongo una buena puntuación, porque en la segunda noche de nuestra estadía mi hija se enfermó y se vomitó en las sábanas; al hacer check out informamos lo que había ocurrido y ofrecimos pagar un valor adicional por las sábanas que habían quedado como para botarlas a la basura, pero no nos cobraron nada, eso nos hace pensar en la calidad de seres humanos que son al entender nuestra situación. Agradezco mucho este gesto.

Sympathique

L'emplacement, le personnel et le petit déjeuner sont des points positifs de l'hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix reste tout de même intéressant et raisonnable pour Londres.

La propreté reste à revoir, la présence de poils/cheveux dans la salle de bain/douche donne pas vraiment envie de s'y aventurer..........

Convenient and comfy

Beds were comfy room was spotless shower was amazing and loads of teabags and coffees staff were friendly

Stinks of fag smoke in the corridors stairs are filthy and very steep breakfast was too busy no where to sit and was boiling in there .

Minimal but clean and great location.

Camera piccole e minimal ma pulite e con tutto quello che serve. Ottimo posizione vicinissimo a Paddington station. Tanti ristorante e negozi vicini.

Colazione molto limitato. Un membro dello Staff alla reception terribile. Strati di polvere in alcune zone (ventilatore, finestre).

Would stay there only because of the location.

Great location. The staff was friendly. At first we had only two towels for the whole week, went to the reception and they gave us additional towels. The room has no AC, but at least it had ventilator which helped a lot during the hot days.

Poor Wi-fi connection (mostly didn't work), dust under the bed and table, dead pigeon right outside the window, people the next door were smoking and the room had cigarette odour after that. The breakfast was poor, I suggest to have breakfast in the near cafes/ bars.

very central location

Parking is advertised as no reservation required - it is definitely required. we got to the hotel earlier than check in for a parking space and was rerouted to a nearby small car park that charged £10 more than the hotel. there is approx. 10 car parking spaces shared by 3/4 different hotels hotel advertised free breakfast, this was continental and there were people queuing up a small flight of stairs to get to it.

Well priced and clean

Great location a short walk from Paddington station. Room was small but well equipped with a view over the square. Newly refurbished bathroom. Our one had ttles with a classical Greek theme which I loved. The room had been newly painted. Plenty of storage, toilet rolls and tea/coffee facilities. Very clean. Adequate power points, although not next to the twin beds. You can leave your bags at the sister hotel after checkout. There is a camera monitoring the area and as it is at reception there is usually a person there as well.

You need to check in at the sister hotel but it is just around the corner-about a 30 second walk. We were on the top floor so it is quite a hike up the stairs. The provided breakfast is basic-toast, yoghurt, cheese and meat, cereal, tea and coffee and some generic fruit juices. It stops at 09:15 which was too early for us. However, if you just want a quick breakfast it was effecient and adequate. There are also plenty of local cafes if you wanted to eat later or more substantially. The room is small so getting a seat could be problematic. It was a nice room, albeit in the basement, and I really liked the London theme in the decor.

Basic room and hotel, but for the price it pays off.

We have stayed in a different hotel (Seymor) that probably is a part of the "chain" because it's 20m distance between them. Positive sides were proximity to the main London attractions, subway station etc. Everything related to the room as expected, but nothing more. If you set expectations in line with the price that's what you get and I am fine with it.

Breakfast room is too small and selection of food is quite modest. I have left my driver's license in the electricity card slot while having a breakfast on the last day and forgot it when we left the room. I had trouble contacting hotel via phone, then when I managed they were giving me some other phone numbers to call where no-one answers and then via booking support I received a response that they haven't found anything that I sincerely doubt.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops and money exchange points, the perfect facilities for our needs, a very good breakfast and the service of the staff was very good, especially Omar, very friendly and helped us with everything we needed

If you like a HMO (house of multiple occupancy) and be in a minority, this is the place for you

Location in relation to Paddington tube station. Shower was good!

Room was too hot and temperature could not be controlled. Fan on all time we stayed in the room. Too many Eastern Europeans having no respect for others. Shouting in the early hours of the morning. When we checked in, there was no mention of breakfast or anything in the room to denote what number to call if we had an issue. Breakfast catered for the Eastern Europeans. If there wasn’t toast, we’d have had nothing to eat. Cheese and meat for breakfast?! This is England! Cater for everyone!
