Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

Moms: the blackout curtains are amazing!! Helped a lot for naps with my reluctant nappers. I will say the beds are pretty high up for whatever age is traveling.
Our first stay we had a corner unit so this one felt a bit smaller, but with our family size it was really all you need!
GREAT outdoor space! Being on the beach it was quite loud the one night with some teens gathering, I felt that the property was responsive in dealing with it and it didn’t seem to happen the following evening.
We have loved coming here the last 2 summers!!

We first started staying at The Palm Bay Club in July of 1972 for our Honeymoon. This year in July we rented 61,62 and 63 like we did in 2022 for our 50th anniversary. We already have reservations with you for 2025 and will be making reservations for 2026 in a few days.

The resort was spectacular! The view was incredible and our room was clean. the only issue we had was that the phone didn't work and when we called the front desk stated that sometimes the phones don't work and that it is not a requirement for them to work properly. Also the internet and network didn't work the entirety of our 6 day stay, so we couldn't watch tv.

This condo was amazing for our Spring Break trip...beautiful views, close to the beach, and just a trolley ride away from downtown shopping and dining. The open balcony was definitely the best part, and we watched the sunset almost every night. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The mirrors made it easy for many people to get ready at the same time. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

Resort experience was excellent and unit had great views of the gulf. There were just a few minor issue:1. Could not figure out how to get bedroom TV to receive broadcast channels. It wasn't that important to us, so did not bother to inquire.2. Legs of bed stick out, so you often bang your feet on them.3. There was a lot of rain in the area a few days prior to our arrival. It left some sitting water near on the beach around the building

Great stay in Siesta Key at Palm Bay Club. Condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured online. If I were to be picky, the only complaint I would have is being given 4 washcloths for 2 people for 3 nights thus making you have to use the pay washing machines to have clean washcloths.

You can not go wrong with staying at Palm Bay Club. We have stayed here before, just in different units. This particular unit, Tower #62, is a perfect location, open balcony, which is a must for me and Gulf front, just steps from the sand right outside the door. This unit was very clean. Beds were ok, but really should be replaced, both had massive dips. There are two tvs in the bedroom, and not sure why, as the large one was blocking the mirror, which would have been very useful. The tv didn’t even work! The bathroom was an issue, the shower and sink both would not drain! I probably should have called front office to let them know, but didn’t want to have to be there when they came to fix it and didn’t want to not be there either, so we just had to deal with it. The living room furniture appeared to be newer, and was comfy. All in all, the unit was great, I would stay again!

We spent 4 days/3 nights at Palm Bay (Unit 62), and loved every minute! The condo was perfect for us - comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, spacious closet, but the open gulf-front balcony was our favorite spot. The view was incredible - we saw dolphins as well as a manatee! The white sand beach was gorgeous and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered - front office, general manager, security, maintenance, housekeeping - every single person was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We can't wait to go back!

On-site security and beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Unit was good, not great. Shower and sinks were very low pressure and slow to drain. Cracked tile, caulk, etc. Beds were very comfy and furniture was nice. The beach of course is beautiful, so the balcony is a major plus, but when we were there, there was such a terrible sewage smell, we couldn't even stand to be by the water. Would recommend bringing your own paper products, toiletries and pillows. Location to town, shopping, dining, is not great, and doesn't seem to be on a trolley stop, so would recommend a car if staying here.

For location, to the beach is A+, I gave location a lower rating only because we didn't realize in order to eat out we would have to take transportation every time (If you don't cook). We were under the impression the village was within walking distance and should have rented a car. Other than constantly having to take transportation to leave the beach to eat/shop--our stay was excellent!

The unit is clean, and the view is beautiful. On the 6th floor and in a secure building, in a gated property. The beds were comfortable but high. I needed a stepstool but there wasn't one. One bathroom (wish there was another 1/2 bathroom with three girls). Balcony was nice with the fan and comfy chairs. The afternoon sun made the room very warm. There were shades but the point of being waterfront was to have the view. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped but was very small. It did not bother us but no more than one person can comfortably fit in the kitchen at a time. I wish the pool was closer to the beach. Due to the heat and the long walk, we had to take the car to the pool. Fortunately, we did not use the pool (except once but it was too hot) so it was not a problem. Overall, the rental was as described and a great value for the money. The staff was very friendly and responsive. I would recommend this unit to renters.

The views of this property are everything you would want. The property is nice and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, especially the head security guard. That guy was cool. The condo itself was lovely and we have no complaints, only compliments. Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed. We would come back for 100% sure. The beach access is awesome and seconds away. I give this resort and condo 10 out of 10. If you’re debating on this properly you will definitely or regret it. This place is amazing. The deck views are great and beautiful sunsets.

The one bedroom was spacious, clean and ready at check in. The balcony was lovely with a table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunsets. The unit has both a reg coffee pot and a Keurig, which wasn’t in the listing description, so you can bring pods. The building has one elevator down for repairs at the moment so only one working elevator. The wait wasn’t terrible, but something to know. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly, but the management co was very responsive and offered to send a handyman asap. Overall great stay and would definitely return!

On the first day we went to the beach my husband had an asthma attack and we could never go back. We were able to go to the pool because it was far enough away from the ocean that you were not bothered by the coughing. absolutely everyone was coughing and the beaches were almost empty

This was our second year at the Palm Bay Club (PBC). The PBC is a great place to stay, the grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly, fair, and helpful. The security team is friendly and keeps a watchful eye on the property. We were in the tower, Unit 62. The Unit is perfect for viewing the beach and gulf, while clean it is outdated and needs a refresh. That said, I would recommend the unit and Palm Bay Club for your vacation.

This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. We stayed in the tower building unit 62. The gulf views from this unit is beautiful. The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen had all supplies that we needed. The laundry room is conveniently located nearby on the same floor. The only negative thing about this unit were the beds. They sunk down in the middle. Definitely needs new mattresses. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would definitely stay in this unit again.

My cousin and I booked this trip almost a year in advance to get a little bit of sunshine and rest from the men and kids. Little did we know that Hurricane Ian was going to be so devastating. However, this area was spared, from what we could tell from the grounds. It’s the best view and balcony I’ve had on the beach in all of my travels to Florida. Stores and restaurants were very close and we rented chairs and umbrellas daily even though the condo has them available. It was nice to not have to do a thing and just relax. Everyone who worked on site was so pleasant and all the guests were very friendly. We will definitely be back! Also the Sarasota airport is so cute and will try to use this airport again.

Have stayed multiple times at Palm Bay Club and will stay there again. Have also stayed a few times in unit 62. The views of the Gulf are simply amazing. The beach in front of the Palm Bay is outstanding and well taken care of. Unit 62 is very nice and fit our needs. The furnishings in the unit are all outdated and have a musty/dusty odor. We were unimpressed! The dishes and utensils in the drawers/cupboards all needed to be washed because they had residual food on them; we decided to put everything we were going to use in the dishwasher, and then we discovered the dishwasher was not working. I called the front office, and they said they would send out a technician the next day because it was Sunday. The technician did not arrive until Tuesday morning. He said this is an ongoing issue with this particular dishwasher, after about 30 mins of working on it, he said he fixed it. We loaded the dishwasher, went to the beach for the day, and returned to find that it had not cleaned the dishes at all. At that point, I gave up on the dishwasher. Both beds in the unit are terrible; the one closest to the window is sagging in the middle, and the other is rock hard. The ocean view from the unit is lovely, and the proximity to the beach is fantastic, but it was difficult to enjoy it when we hadn't gotten a good night's sleep. They have two loungers on the balcony, which is nice except they are filthy and the cushions are sagging and you have to put a towel down to sit on them. I would not recommend this unit until it has been updated and the furnishings have been replaced.
