NOt happy, cost us over a $100 to take adults and kids out for

7 of us stayed for 2 nights, in three rooms....every morning no hot breakfast available, coffee luke warm at best. 3 hosts standing around, never saw any urgency to fill or replace breakfast items. If going to advertise HOT breakfast have it available. We came down at 8 to 8:30 each morning, same result. Will admit several people staying, but no hosts working to keep food full for all guests. Very dissapointing, paid a good fee and expect better service from a top flight hotel chain.

Breakfast was pretty good the eggs was the best. The Orange Juice and Apple Juice tasted like water

The room keys could have worked instead of always having to go back down and have Amber make I do not know how many room keys. The pool area needs to be cleaned as there was trash everywhere behind the hot tub and dirty towels that I know had set there the whole time until i finally just picked them up

AmericeInn is our go to stay when traveling to Webster City.

Breakfast was vert good. My husband enjoyed tbe Scrambled Eggs and Sausage. I enjoyed the Oatmeal and yogurt. Hot coffee always a plus.

Bad

They did not give me a room when I got there although my reservation was confirmed. Said they made a mistake, only one room that was not clean and they were not willing to clean it. Sent me down the road, they would not honor the conformation of a room.

Had one room left that was confirmed as mine but it was not cleaned and they would not clean it while I waited. Staff went into the back room after telling me they would not clean the room and they shut the door leaving me standing there.

Good stay, great value, good room, bad breakfast

The room was comfortable and clean. The price was the best bargain I've had in a long time under $100. the staff was friendly and willing to help with all your needs (except breakfast).

The breakfast would have been good if I could have gotten any. Came down 1 hour after it started and they were out of biscuits and gravy, no forks to eat the cheesy eggs that they did have, no coffee, waffle maker broke, only one bagel left and 2 pieces of bread. I think the poor lady running everything was new, but no one was making an effort to help her get things out.

Paid extra for two queen size beds and still got double beds. Not worth arguing for a short stay

Very good

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

It was super hot and humid out so our room was a bit damp/musty.
