Stayed here multiple times, never a problem.

Schönes, ordentliches Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder.

Alles okay,Pool war sauber. Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich.

Beim Frühstück ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Pool is pretty small, limited seating in the room (just desk chair and 1 dining type of chair) and the pillows weren't very comfortable

We've stayed there several times and always left very happy and satisfied.

I like the waffles the young lady makes and the variety of the breakfast. We've been there several times and always pleased with our stay.

I did not like the handle in the shower. It was very hard to turn on. Either it needs some DW-40.

Great place to stay!

Such a nice place!! Very friendly staff, especially Sue who prepared our waffle each day and did a great job taking care of keeping things neat and fresh. Loved the location, right next to the casino. I played and won both nights! Will be back! Room was nice too....great having a wet bar included for such a good price.

The only thing i didn't like was.......Leaving!

Nice 2 day stay for a get away

This is our go to when we come to Murphy, however this trip, it seemed that something was not comfortable about the bed closest to the window, the mattress kept popping as I f it was worn, otherwise, everything was fine, staff is always friendly, an all around clean place as well.

The bedding could stand to be upgraded

Great stay. Would stay here again.

Clean. Non-smoking. Good location. Breakfast hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was busy and kept everything well stocked.

Continental breakfast did not have any protein or fruit. Just a bunch of junk carbs. A free shuttle up the hill to the casino would have been nice instead of $5 to go about 1/2 mile.

Stonebrook was a great place to stay with easy access to drive to Gatlinburg.

The location was convenient and breakfast was what was expected for the price point.

Front desk was often unmanned by staff. Check in was slow due to having to wait for someone to come and that person not being familiar with check in process. Staff member was very polite and apologetic.

I will definitely be back. The cost was far more reasonable than the casino and cleaner than others.

The room was very quiet and clean. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly.

The mattress was squeaky when you sat on it, but it did t keep me awake when I turned during the night.

The staff 💖was phenomenal!! Never have I ever been so impressed with EVERY single member of an establishment!!! I was sad to leave such a lovely environment! The accommodations were wonderful as well🥰

Nice hotel, convenient location, friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, and a quiet room. We had a quick bite of breakfast before heading out, nothing special, but it's nice to have a cup of coffee, bagel with cream cheese or a waffle to get your day going. We ended up staying here because the casino hotel was sold out, but it was so close and convenient, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful building and rooms. Clean and spacious.

The key wouldn’t work. I used it to get in the side door and it worked fine. I get up to room 210 and the key wouldn’t work. After 3 trips back down I finally get so frustrated I tell her to give me another room. So finally after the fourth trip I get moved to room 410. Now all this running while my partner that has CoPD was gave out. They need to make sure the keys are working but she accused me of not knowing how to work the key when I explained I had just used it to enter the side door of the building. Very frustrating.

Location. No landscaping. No view. Ground floor too noisy from parking lot. Megatruck lights right in the window of ground floor room.
