The staff was friendly and helpful. When we arrived our room key wouldn’t open our door and we had two staff members who helped us to move to another room.
Building and room was really dated and I had to go up and down steps to second floor room.

6.0 / 10.0
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. The front desk staff was nice and friendly when we arrived. The room was toward the back so there was no highway noise and no one partying beside of us. It was also across the road from Cracker Barrel and not to far of a drive for some shopping centers.
I did not like the entrance to the hotel, you have to turn onto two lanes going in the opposite way in order to enter the hotel. I felt like it was dangerous getting in and out of there, our bath room shower surround was coming apart from the wall and the handle on the wall was no secured. It would have been unsafe for someone who had to use the handle. There was no one at the front desk for check so I had to leave my keys and I did not like that because we couldn't ask questions about our stay or get a receipt printed.

The location was the closest we needed to be: close to I-40, close to Green Hills, close to general chain restaurants.
The room was spacious and clean. You couldn´t hear the interstate traffic with the window closed.
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, which is a big plus. For example she came to our room for some errand we had asked about.
The bedtable light wasn´t working and it wasn´t a bulb issue.
There is next to no dog-walking area unless you go to the school further up on your left as the city closed the asphalt trail they had nearby.

Rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Burn marks on blankets, bath room was nasty! YELLOW STAINS ON BATH TUB ALL OVER. HAIRS ON THE SINK ALL OVER, My daughter ran around for a bit and her feet were black from the floors not being cleaned at all. Very gross & wouldn’t recommend at all.

the location and cleanliness is really nice. The Nashville downtown is merely few minutes drive away and different restaurants and cofee shops are nearby.
The queen size bed is too small for 2 persons to accommodate and it is not queen size at all. Also, there are very small options in breakfast even there is no bread. So, we did not have breakfast there.

Available at last minute.
Beds were like a rock. Hair all over the bathroom. Room size for the price was a lot.

I found this hotel a bit annoying, they protested by our group, that if we spoke loudly, and in the end it was not a good decision
