We won’t be coming back

Area central to so many things in Nashville

Immediately smelt musty/moldy when you enter the door past the check in. Our floor of our room was coated in a very slippery substance, I assume an oil based cleaner/coating was used in excess but I almost wiped out the second I stepped in the room because it was so slippery and never got any more dry the duration of my stay. I wore something on my feet any time I was not on the bed because of the floors. The hotel also does not have an ice machine or 24/7 staff at the counter which surprised me. All other hotels were booked that were under $400/night in area we needed or we would’ve went elsewhere

Room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable!!! Very nice room!

The gentleman that checked me in was asleep! I arrived at 1130pm. It took him 30 mins too check me in, said he had "paperwork " to do!! I just wanted to go to bed!

Worst room ever, horrible, unprofessional staff

The price was okay

I called to cancel they wouldn’t answer the phone, I go to check in, the lady was rude and wasn’t pleasant until she realized I had already paid, the hall way stinks, the rooms are small, no iron, I asked for extra towels and some guy told me he would have to charge me, and he was on the computer, blasting rap music acting as if I was bothering him, no carpet, floor was wet, it was horrible, I would have rather stayed at a cheap $50 motel

Not bad for the $

The rooms and hallway were clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and we were given 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels. I have very long thick hair and asked for another bath towel. I was told it would cost me around $3!!! First of all there were NO hand towels which should be available. No one wants to wipe their mouth or dirty hands on the towel that is used to dry off your clean body. Also, there is a full kitchen there and no towel available for that. I understand that some things are not offered to cut down costs, but towels??? I wasn't taking home your "fancy" white towels, I just wanted to use it. An ice machine should be offered. I've NEVER been to hotel that didn't offer ice.

the room cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. Hair, dirt on floors, microwave door wasn’t clean, refrigerator insulation was coming apart and remote control was extremely dirty. I have several pics but not enough room to post them all

The BEST one in Nashville!!

It was very quiet and very comfortable. The beds are so soft and the rooms are just excellent! I would definitely stay here than anywhere else!

I wish they had a ice machine!

Staff was excellent

Kind of had a smell like they just sprayed for bugs. No ironing board/iron. Therefore, I didn't get to wear my wrinkled outfit for my night out. Bed a little uncomfortable.

Above and beyond great!

The room was really clean and set up nicely. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The check-in went smoothly! Had a little trouble getting the push cart when it came time to leave but BIG THANKS TO THE MAINTENANCE MAN who went above and beyond to help me remove my bags! Would definitely refer to my friends!!

Needs more push carts for extended stays. Also wish these doors had those slow close things because they SLAM shut!

it was ok. but I definitely won’t chose to stay here again.

the property was ok. the guy at the front desk was nice.

the walls are like cardboard. you hear everything coming and going. I was woke up in the middle of the night by doors slamming and some man talking super loudly right by our door. not sure what the policy is on quiet hours or if there even is one but if there is it wasn’t enforced that night. it was awful!

You get what you pay for

We had broken glass in our bed. Only got 2 towels for 4 day stay and rooms are cleaned after you check out..this place was all they had the weekend in Nashville I can see why..staff was friendly but everything else was garbage
