very spacious and comfortable. staff were very friendly and helpful

Location was excellent, was within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Only 2 kilometers to the downtown core, so the location couldn't have been any better for us. Was very quiet and spacious. Keys were easy to obtain, and it was no trouble to pick up extras during our stay at the hotel.
Could have been a little cleaner, but apart from that, it was perfect for a family of five.

Good location in mostly quiet street
No access from apartment to garden was very disappointing and not as implied in the photos and description
There is also no separate living room (it's one of the three bedrooms)

Plenty of space. The bathroom has been refurbished.
Tip for others: keys are collected from a near by hotel and a security deposit is payable on collection. I did not see any reference to this when booking. It would have just been helpful to know prior to arrival in Glasgow.
Little issue, there was a router for wifi but no Internet available despite router restarts.
There was only limited cutlery. However plenty of plates, mugs etc.

We stayed in this apartment with my family for few days. I am surprised to see very high score at booking.
Actually it has a very nice location, very close to university, supermarket, restaurants, museums (like the The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum) but I am afraid it is the only positive thing I can mention. However do not take it if you want visit Glasgow city center.
I advice to rent it only if you study here or you travelling with a group of six or bigger (because there are four double beds (even one in the living room!) and not in other cases.
Actually it turned out to be a former students' apartment and you can see some remains of their presence there such as door decoration made of compact cassettes.
Although it is a nice Victorian apartment with high ceilings, there are quite some cracks there (and in the floors too!), it is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. It has been quite dirty, extremely old furniture and kitchen equipment, I guess over 30 year old. The windows have not been washed for years. We found the fireplace full of waste and an acrylic nail in the living room, thick layer of dust on the fridge etc.
The final disappointment was the Internet connection bandwidth. It has not exceeded 2 Mb/s, therefore you can forget about streaming and effective remote work from there.

we had a friendly reception with clear instructions.
issue with refund deposit for damage - asking for additional information and "trust us"with all your details.
unless you give personal details which our bank recommends not to give then no refund.
shame as this will add £100 to the price of the rental and a statement of Trust us is only offer of help.

Helpful staff, spacious, comfortable flat in an excellent location.
Some rooms, particularly the kitchen, could do with an update.

great location
It’s not easy to get in with a mobility scooter- there is a step and a high lip to get into the apartment

The flat is basic, clean and spacious. Perfect for our needs. Room to spread out without being on top of each other.
The ground floor was a relief....no stairs to deal with. Hosts are very accommodating and nice.
A second set of keys

Ideal location for where my friends and I were going in Glasgow. Apartment was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. Host was really lovely too, will definitely book again :)

There was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was very modern.
Entrance to the apartment wasn't lit, very dark even in daylight - quite tricky to unlock the padlock on the outer door and gain access to locked inner door. On entering there was a very musty smell in the apartment. Although freshly painted, the walls needed skimming with wires showing all over the place. Furniture was very basic. Lighting in the kitchen did not work so had to use plug in lamps from the bedrooms. Couldn't open the oven door unless a cupboard door next to it was opened. No Tea towels to to use. Wifi ok but kept dropping frequently.

The staff were so accommodating with our last minute booking. they couldn’t have been better. the faculties were basic but all you would need for a night or twos stay. Would recommend for sure and will use again for future trips to Glasgow.

Great location with lots of shops and bars nearby. Key collection was easy, and the apartment itself was fantastic. Huge rooms and very tidy and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again!
No issues at all.

Great apartment with plenty of space and good location beside park. Really comfy beds. Big smart TVs in all rooms. New bathroom with a good shower. Nice sofa/chairs in living area. On street parking was available with a voucher.
Difficult to get in on arrival as there were several keys and a large padlocked door. Whilst the majority of the apartment was clean, the kitchen was not clean.

The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of room.
The furnishings are basic but perfectly adequate. A bit of plastering and a coat of paint would make a big difference. To be fair it’s perfectly good and a great size. Decent value for money.

Spacious apartment with clean bath room. Kitchen and rooms are old fashioned. Breakfast option in hotel nearby/next road. Location central but quiet. A few good restaurants close to the place.

Arrived early and was able to check in then which was excellent, had a fab weekend with the girls staying here, the flat was lovely and clean and very comfy beds, the breakfast next day was lovely too,
Highly recommend
