Coach House Barn was the perfect accommodation for my dad’s 70th birthday celebrations (4 adults and 2 young children).
The barn is beautifully decorated, spotless and well equipped - great kitchen facilities and all the necessary cleaning bits, plenty of toiletries, comfy beds, blankets, books, board games, TV, dvds etc etc.
Lisa & Nick were excellent hosts, greeting us on arrival and welcoming us with a food & drink hamper. A really lovely touch.
Lisa was brilliant on the lead up to our stay, always quick to respond and happy to help with recommendations & requests. She was so accommodating when I asked for early check in.
We would love to return one day as we had such a brilliant time.
Thank you.

Our preference is to stay in self-catering over a hotel and this was one of the loveliest ones we have stayed in. It was very cozy, well laid out and everything we needed. The welcome basket goodies were so very much appreciated. It was exceptionally nice to find that basic amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, milk in the fridge was already stocked. Lisa and her husband were excellent hosts and utterly charming. Thank you for giving our visiting friends from the states a perfect example of English hospitality and charm.

We meet up with friends annually and the Malverns was ideal for us, being half way between Hampshire and Cheshire.
Malvern Hills has some amazing countryside and is so handy for visiting the Cotswolds too. We particularly enjoyed our trip to Great Malvern. Lovely views from the Worcester Beacon followed by a very tasty lunch at Faun!

This suited our group of 2 couples and two single friends. It’s location was ideal for visiting the RHS Malvern show and also for exploring the Cotswolds. The hosts were charming and very helpful.

I was very happy with our stay. Beautiful property. Lisa and Nick were lovely hosts - very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a lovely welcome hamper waiting for us on our arrival with a few basics and some yummy luxuries. It was most welcome.
The only, minor negative aspect was that the directions to find the property on our arrival were pretty scant. Once I contacted Lisa by phone it was swiftly resolved.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Thanks to Lisa and Nick for making it a lovely break.

Quiet but well situated property for getting around the region.
Lisa was a perfect host- at hand if we had questions, warm and welcoming but not intrusive .
Spotless inside with comfortable beds and well equipped. The gift basket was a lovely touch.
If you have a family or friend who struggles with stairs the ground floor bedroom with enquire bathroom is great.
Parking is right outside.
We stayed in Sept but this would also make for a cosy winter break.

You will need a car to explore the nearby sights and there is ample parking next to the barn.
The region is well known for its agriculture so there are numerous restaurants, pubs, farm shops that serve local produce nearby.
If you are looking for a quintessential English countryside experience with all the comforts of home, I would , without hesitation,, recommend you stay here.

We had a lovely three days staying at the barn. Beautiful property, lovely master bedroom with large en suite, everything we needed for our stay and all very clean. The third bedroom would have been ideal for a grandparent - it's linked to the twin room, but is private and has it's own bathroom. The hosts were friendly and happy to provide local information and recommend restaurants. I would recommend the property to anyone wanting visit the area.

I wish that we had stayed longer! Such a convenient location and a host who went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Absolutely beautiful barn conversation - a real Brisitsh experience for our group of ladies from South Africa. Lovely quiet rooms and spacious living area. Thank you for having us!!

We spent a lovely weekend in this beautifully decorated and furnished barn. The location was just what we wanted and we all enjoyed the fresh air and were lucky enough to have warm and sunny Autumn days. We visited Upton-upon-Severn and had a lovely walk along the river bank before paying a visit to Clive's Farm. Thanks very much and we hope to see you again.
