This property is in a great location, Ingleton amenities and Ingleton Falls all within a 5 minute walk. We found a great wee cafe nearby at the start of the village by the viaduct and an interesting micro bar to enjoy on an evening.
The Kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, with a range cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The welcome box was a lovely gesture from the host.
Bed and bedding were very comfortable and there was ample space in the property for our needs.
Host was seen on one occasion and seemed helpful and friendly, although not needed during our stay.
A beautiful home with a cosy tasteful decorative theme.
Parking was tight and required reversing up a hill at an angle from the road avoiding the house which one member who drove an estate struggled to navigate despite being an advanced driver.
It’s worth noting there was only one toilet at the end of the upstairs hallway which we found a little distant during our stay. The addition of a downstairs WC could be a great addition for a holiday let.
The middle living room temperature was very warm but the kitchen was cooler. Adjustment for the kitchen temperature to reflect the room size perhaps worth considering.

Excellent place to stay, cannot fault anything. Great communication with the hosts. My son loved the hobbit hole! Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay 😁

Fantastic holiday home, hosts have thought of everything.Kitchen amazing as a group of 6 adults, this is where we spent all our time large table to gather and chat. Lovely bedrooms, great nights sleep.
That we didnt stay long enough to enjoy more of the holiday home.

The cottage was lovely. Beautiful view.
We enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table chatting. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, so w couldn't take full advantage of patio area or the scenic walks. We had a trip to the caves which was good fun.
Nothing - The cottage was great and we appreciated all the extras - tried to make the most of the wet weather!!

Lovely log burner, tonnes of space within the property it is larger than it looks in the photos. Lots of nice added touches - fire set up to light, milk and tea etc left. Perfect location, central to the village but quiet. Didn’t want to go home!
Nothing :)

Location is truly amazing. Slap bang right in the centre of Igleton.
Kitchen table is brilliant, perfect for a gathering like we had. So much room.
The hosts make amazing soap :)
The fire was lovey, especially on such a cold weekend.
Loved the view over the church.
So central, perfect location.

Location was excellent in the middle of Ingleton but with stunning views.
Cottage had all the amenities and although we couldn't bring the dog, it would have been perfect for him as well.
Nothing.

Beautiful views over the village from the patio, plenty of space and great kitchen table for social
If being hyper critical, a 2nd bathroom or WC would be a useful facility.

The kitchen was great to socialise and play games with the family.
Loved the little touches!
Parking was difficult with an estate car

Owner left nice welcome pack, cottage has all the amenities you need and comfy beds.
Reversing onto the drive is a bit tricky in a big car but OK if you do it the first time before it gets dark.

We loved everything! The house was amazing and the attention to detail was out of this world. It surpassed our expectations and is a stunning home. We had a wonderful stay. It's location is perfect and a prime location. The house has everything you would need plus more. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious.
Absolutely nothing!

Only downside was … no tv in the living room!!!

Great Location in the centre of Ingleton. The house was warm and welcoming and bigger than we expected. Thoughtful touches everywhere and our 2 teens were playing with some of the games provided within minutes of arriving (after a 6 hr journey on their "devices"). Our dogs were also very happy and there is some great walking from the doorstep as well as further afield in this beautiful part of the country.
My husband didn't like the iron bedstead as he couldn't hang his feet out the end but he is fussy and I loved it. My youngest son at 6'4 couldn't stand up in the hobbit hole but that didn't matter as we congregated to watch the winter Olympic round ups on the sofa. It was warm and cosy.

To park the car was tricky. Be careful bcz I damaged my car

A group of 4 of us stayed here for 2 nights as we were climbing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. We couldn’t of asked for a better place. The pre arrival info was detailed and very useful. On arrival the cottage was outstanding, extremely clean, comfortable and such a lovely welcome with some food and drink. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property in the future. Many Thanks, Tara

Everything, lovely holiday home furnished to a high standard with many thoughtfull touches.
Only minor dislikes - A TV in the kitchen or lounge would be great. Parking very tight access for our vw campervan as had to reverse up the driveway. Was easier once we got the hang of it, the road outside is very quiet so you can take your time.

Perfect location. Lovely little touches by the owners. So clean!
The main bed was a little harder than we are used to ☺️

This is a self catering property, yet the hosts left us a selection of food for breakfast, tea and coffee, plus other delicious goodies. The house is spacious, extremely well equipped, the hosts are very friendly, there is a lovely sun terrace overlooking a (defunct), gorgeous viaduct and the position is handy for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The Dales are spectacular and beautiful. Don't forget to look out for the steam train crossing the Ribblehead Viaduct!
There is a great range of pubs, restaurants and shops in Ingleton but many of them have odd opening hours, in many cases only open for a few hours or closing altogether on certain days. It was quite difficult to spend our money in the village! After 18 months of Covid, if it was my business, I'd be opening every day and for plenty of hours to recover some money before the winter sets in.

Beautiful cottage with amazing views from terrace.
Spotlessly clean & beds so comfortable.
Met all expectations & more .
Nothing it was all perfect.😊

Fabulous location, brilliant walks of any lengths from the door. Fabulous hills to climb. The property's terrace was perfectly placed for sunsets over the valley, but also caught the morning sun in the corner! Kitchen was very well appointed. Shops very close and one open late so no pre-planning needed! There is a local bus to facilitate one-way walks. The back windows look over the church and graveyard which is interesting!
More reading lights in the living room would be good for evenings. And if I was going to bring my mum, a chair with a back in the kitchen so that someone not joining in long walks could enjoy the view in comfort from indoors. We came by train, but if one had come by car, the cars would be in the way of the views from the kitchen. Perhaps a barrier to screen terrace from parked cars would be good too (but not a problem if you come by train!)
