Bay Breeze is a wonderful home situated on the bay side of Galveston Island in Sea Isle.
Bay Breeze is a family and dog friendly fisherman's paradise! With a private dock right on the canal and minutes from the beach, there is outdoor fun for everyone!
There are two ocean kayaks available for your use as well.
Spend your days cruising the bay, strolling along the sand, visiting attractions in nearby Galveston then head back home to grill up your catch of the day!
The Space
Conveniently located right on the canal, this wonderful home has something for everyone!
There is a spacious deck for entertaining and relaxing in the sun with a private dock if you would like to bring your boat. With lighting in the canal, drop a line in for fishing day or night! Plus, a cleaning station is located at the dock.
With a large fenced in yard, it is perfect for kids or your furry friends to run around. There is a charcoal grill (charcoal NOT provided), private outdoor shower and a picnic table perfectly situated in the shade on the ground floor for comfort.
Upstairs on the main floor is the expansive deck with wonderful canal and bay views. A perfect place to wake up and watch the sun rise in the morning with a cup of coffee or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sunset! Also perfect for sunbathing, or dining alfresco in the evening breeze.
This home greets you to an inviting open living, kitchen and dining area. There is ample seating for everyone to relax! It can seat seven comfortably around the flat screen television with DVD player in the living area.
Dining table comfortably seats six, plus there are four chairs surrounding the bar area in the kitchen. There is ample room for cooking large family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We also include an assortment of board games in the home for entertainment.
There are three bedrooms and two baths down a private hall. Master has a king bed and a private shower/bath combo. Secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a twin bed. Third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. Shared bath has a shower stall.
The Neighborhood
Situated on the west end of Galveston Island, this beautiful home is in the Sea Isle community. You'll have amenities a short drive away on Termini-San Luis Pass Road, and the city of Galveston about 20 miles up the island.
Enjoy an array of water sports, from fishing in the West Bay just out from the canal to endless boating and swimming activities.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of the nearby store and bait camp for all your essentials, including fishing licenses and gear needs.
A neighborhood restaurant is within walking distance, plus the beach is only a short (.7 mile) walk away!
The Sea Isle community has a shared swimming pool and hot tub and tennis courts available during the summer months, where you'll have a place to take the kiddos swimming, enjoy a revitalizing dip, or relax in the hot tub. Please let us know if you are wanting to use the community pool. A pool pass is required and that is a separate charge.
Getting Around
While you can easily access the beach and any other local attractions with your car, there are also golf cart rentals nearby if you’d prefer. The beach is close enough to get to via flip-flops!

Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog (limit 2 and to 25 lbs each unless otherwise discussed ). Please let us know before you book so we can add the extra charge.
Please clean up after your pets.
If pets are found and not declared, you will forfeit your security deposit.
For our guests protection, we no longer allow portable BBQ pits, fire pits or any open flame devices on the deck above. There is a charcoal grill in the yard for your use. Please bring your own supplies.
Parking is limited to five vehicles or 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.
Parking is NOT allowed on grass inside the fenced yard or under the Breezeway. Park only on the driveway or outside the fenced yard. Do not block or park on neighboring properties.
Required security deposit hold of $500. It is also advisable to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen changes in your booking.
Booking guest must be 25 years of age and supply a photo copy of their drivers license to complete the booking.
NO FIREWORKS allowed!
No refunds will be issued for poor weather.
There are outdoor security cameras on the property. Tampering with any security camera or smoke alarms is cause for immediate eviction with no refund.

Even though it rained most of the time, we had a great time fishing and at the west end marina. We caught a ton of blue crab and my nephew caught a 35lb drum off the bulkhead. Paul was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. Great time and will book again!

Really clean. Everything was functional and working. Amazing large deck with plenty of room to hang and do outdoor activities. We love the community and beaing able to walk to dinner and adult beverages.

The house was spotless and very well kept. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Marina for bait or eat at the restaurant there. The fishing, especially evenings, was great right off the dock. I will definitely be renting this house again.

We were very impressed at the thoughtful extra things set up, including soaps and shampoos in gift bags in the bathrooms, complimentary coffee, and even a bottle of wine to greet us! Plenty of towels and even beach towels. Our impression was that these hosts are particularly gracious and willing to share their lovely property with those of renting, and we really appreciated and respected that. Very comfy beds. We ended up not using the kayaks but again, they were generously offered for use. The pups loved running around the upper balcony and the fenced yard was much appreciated. The community is very quaint and welcoming, we enjoyed the marina restaurant and being able to enjoy the live entertainment from the house balcony. We rented a golf cart for easy beach access… highly recommend this property, we will be visiting again for sure!

We had a fantasric week at this house in Sea Isle. Having our boat right in the back of the house was a real treat, and I especially appreciated being able to use the lift to keep the motor out of the saltwater overnight! The kids loved using the Kayaks, fishing under the green lights, and going to the swimming pool. The house was clean and comfortable, and Paul was VERY responsive to any of our questions.

Bay Breeze was everything and more! Lots of attention to detail well maintained,and plenty of room for our group of 7. We utilized the on property amenities of the fully stocked kitchen outdoor, shower, grill and fish cleaning station! The location was great as it was away from all the commercial spaces of the sea wall and in a quiet well maintained neighborhood within walking distance of the Marina. The property was fenced and we felt safe the entire stay! Beach access was also within walking distance and something for everyone! Our host, Paul was very attentive to all our needs and easy to get ahold of with quick response to any questions! Would highly recommend “Bay Breeze” for a group of family or friends. We will be returning again for another stay! Be sure and bring your fishing pole!😎🐟 Rhonda

House was clean and stayed nice and cool on a few hot days. King bed was comfy and the living room was great for relaxing away from the heat. We loved being able to fish right off the back and drop our kayak straight in the bay. Nice outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. The house is walking distance to the marina with a restaurant, store, bait shop and pool. Great little community. We also went fishing off the pier at the end of the next road over which was beautiful and fun. And the beach is just across the road!

We have rented in Galveston for the last couple of years for Memorial Day weekend. This is my favorite place we have stayed. It is much cuter than the online photos. I loved most the closeness to the Marina.

We had a great time at Bay Breeze! The property was clean and offered everything we needed. We cooked all but 2 of our meals here and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Fence was great for keeping the pups in. We caught blue crab, flounder and redfish in the canal behind the house. The fish come in from the bay in the morning and evening. Something big took a shark rig with 40 lb test line! I had a monster red break my line because my drag wasn't set properly. My fault! Next time, we are bringing the boat but, if you stay here, you really don't need one.

This property was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy or trip. The house was well laid out and had plenty of room for the four of us with room to spare. I could see it being very comfortable for larger groups with plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements for up to 10. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to accommodate the larger size group as well.
Out main reason for renting this house was the green lights for fishing and, although it wasn't prime season for fishing most species, we enjoyed time fishing in the canal right along the back of the house. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Marina and all it has to offer with its shop, bait camp, restaurants and bars. There are also plenty of other restaurants in the area that are just a short drive away.
Overall, we enjoyed this house more than we any other house we have rented over the years and will definitely check its availability when booking our next trip to Galveston.

My family had the best time staying at Bay Breeze. The house was clean, well furnished, and in the perfect spot. We ended up with cool weather but still enjoyed the fishing. We caught a flounder, a few catfish, and one blue claw. The marina restaurant is close and convenient. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time staying at this beach house. It was everything that was mentioned in the VRBO listing and then some. The owner has added a lot of amenities for your enjoyment and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely rent this beach house again in 2023!

We stayed over Christmas and during some freezing temperatures. The house had a few issues that were related to weather and beyond owner control. Had great response and communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

From our last minute booking to the check out process - we could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family and our dog. The fenced yard was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking on the nights we didn’t go out. The beds were very comfortable, lots of seating in the living room and around the kitchen table. The boat lift worked perfect for our 23’ pontoon. The only thing we needed was better weather but we made the best of it! Thank you Paul for some great memories!

The check-in process was easy. Paul communicated everything we needed to know before and during our stay. The place is located in a great area within Sea Isle. it was walking distance to the Marina/stores and a short drive to the beach. The place was clean and well stocked. This is our second time staying at this property and we all had a great time. Walking distance to a good restaurant, live bait, and a short drive to to the beach make this place an ideal location. The house was as described in the posting and Paul was very responsive to all of my questions. We managed to catch several keeper trout underneath the green lights and a few redfish from the provided kayaks. We all had a great realxing time, we will be definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Bay Breeze. It is in a great location of Sea Isle. Walking distance to the marina store/bait shop/restaurant and a very short drive to the beach. The house was a good size for our family of 5 (2 of us plus our 3 young adult children). The house had everything we needed.

So on Wednesday 06-22-2022 my son and I were out fishing when our wife and kids called said it was over 83+ degrees inside around 10am but something made loud noise around 8am I called Paul he sent ac tech repair man out but outside ac was completely bad and we all had to pack up in the heat and get out of house later that evening . We also had paid $100 for use of the local swimming pool that we only use twice and all the other fees and taxes and the smaller dog fees we all paid but something is telling me that we are fixing to get cheated out of a lot of money and I will not be happy about that if it happens so please check out all fees and charges and make sure we are fairly treated thank you Denmon Foster family

There is absolutely nothing negative to say, this place was perfect! My 4 boys (ages 10-15) always had something to do! We almost didn't have to ever leave the house and you definitely don't need to leave the neighborhood. Everything is walking distance; beach, park, restaurants, marina, fishing pier, bait shop,ect.

This property had everything we needed! It was great to have such a nice view of the bay and be able to walk to the bait shop and restaurant! The responsiveness of the property manager, Paul, was unsurpassed!
