Breakfast took an hour and twenty minutes. I called after an hour and it was pretty clear the order was never put in or started because they couldn’t give us an update. I told the desk we needed to cancel if it wouldn’t arrive in 20 minutes because we had somewhere we had to be. It arrived 20 min later undercooked (omelettes) and the coffee was room temperature.
Food, food service, front desk service, communication

The facilities are nice. No doubt.
Being called 17 times in one day to pay a $50 minibar tab. While being clear I was waiting for a new debit card bc mine was frozen bc of suspected fraud, I was crystal clear it would be paid. My experience started w $186 paid room at sister property that was cancelled without anyone alerting me. Walked next door and paid $400 or $500 for room. No apologies just a cocksure arrogance to wade through. It wasn’t the waste of money, it was bumptious lackey calls for no reason that has Four Seasons on speed dial. Pound sand Fancy.

Claudia provided excellent customer service. I loved how we could borrow vinyl records for the room. Our studio had a great view of the city and we enjoyed drinks on our patio and a delicious breakfast.

Beautiful property with peaceful setting. Spacious room 7 overlooking courtyard.
Super cosy & comfortable beds & pillows.
Would be difficult to bring my elderly mom with her mobility issues and some steps to pool are uneven from front desk area.

Super unique and interesting.

Loved the room, although quite a trek from the small parking lot (but the front desk person did offer to help carry things). Loved the balcony (a fan would be a nice addition). Room was huge and quiet. The man at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. LOVE the vinyl library which guests have access too.

Location great.

Very unique, boutique hotel with great location off of South Congress. Pool was very quiet and relaxing to chill at. The lounge and patio were quite classy, although in busy part of downtown Austin it felt like we were on our own little oasis. Our room (studio 8) had an amazing front row view to downtown skyline.
Room was very small (not a big deal) and didn’t come with an iron. There were not enough chairs at the pool to accommodate people who wanted to lay out by it.

Lovely spacious room, beautiful overall property. Fantastic food and beverage service. The location really can't be beat, close to shopping and convenient to other parts of the city for dining, etc. Staff is exceedingly professional and helpful.
The exterior lights on our room/exterior patio could not be turned off or dimmed. As a result, they shone into the room at all hours even with the shades closed. Seems an easy thing to fix.

It is a great place to stay tucked away from the hustle and bustle of SoCo. Staff is great and accommodating. Definitely a great retreat.
