Class A quality, unique, stylish and peaceful.

The privacy of the property was incredible;felt like I had the place to myself.The quality of The R Inn was also mind blowing.It was evident in every little detail of the room and hotel grounds.It was hard to leave.

Location. Size of room. Bed. Saturday breakfast. Public facilities.

Skylight can’t be closed - early morning light makes sleep difficult. No closet or drawers to store clothes.

Comfortable, Clean, and quiet. The snacks and the breakfast were a lovely add.

There weren't any waters in the kitchen or a dispenser on the property.

I would live here if I could. Beauty, comfort, style, space.

Easy to find, excellent parking. Self-check-in. No keys, all access via pin pads. Quick walk to city center/boutique Napa. The Inn’s design makes a small footprint (a good thing!) feel like an acre. Many outdoor ‘rooms’ in nooks, patios. Bocce. Seating in Adirondack chairs, cushioned lounges. A solo, couple, or group are equally embraced here. 100% attention to detail. Lounge and Pantry concept is brilliant; a room should feel like a room, not a studio apartment. Natural lighting, high ceilings, amazing bed. And don’t forget the bidet.

We were in a great location in a modern inn, however it could have been better.

it was in a great location and clean, nice premises.

The skylight kept us up in the morning. no window covering for it. There was no storage space for our clothes, and because we got a lot of information in an initial long text, we missed the part about breakfast and the pantry area. It seems the staff is very hands off.

Modern, spacious and luxury-minded bed and breakfast in the heart of downtown Napa.

For continental breakfast the quiche was very good, coffee machine was great. Continental options though not extensive were adequate. Run of the kitchen and open areas for seating were very nice and spread out. Very contemporary design to the entire place. Bidet toilets in both bathrooms, and a modern above ground tub was super elegant. TV that came up out of the cabinet in the loft was nice

Not much but for the amount we were paying they should have done a little more to make it special. It was my wife's birthday and they wanted to charge for champagne and chocolate strawberries. At least they wrote a happy birthday card. Also a pool or jacuzzi would have been nice too but the place just wasn't designed that way. The setting is near a medical building and while located conveniently to downtown NAPA, it lacks the amenities and feel that some other places in the valley do (pool, view of vineyards). However the location and modern design make up for those things. A little more storage in the loft for a suitcase would have been nice but I understand it's a bit tight.

Comfortable and luxurious

The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a bidet and heated floors which was a luxury. All of the snacks, water, and a bottle of wine in the mini bar were complementary. Check in was easy as they send you a code to the room prior to your stay. Additionally, they held out bags until our check in time.

loved the simplicity of the place but attention to detail at the same time. beds were so comfortable. every thing clean

would have liked more selection with breakfast- even as continental- something other than rice Krispy and fruit loops for cereal. replacing water daily did not like lack of ability to put any clothes away other than small closet
