Nice and convenient location in Napa, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Nice American style breakfast with home made choice of eggs and fresh fruit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small outside terrace and garden.

Good hotel, with nice breakfast.

The breakfast was above average when comparing to other hotels in the US. Pretty nice location, close enough to Napa city center, where you can find good restaurants. Parking right in front of the hotel, with enough spots for every room. Rooms well kept and very attentive staff. P.S.: Despite the compliment for the breakfast, be careful about expectancy. It's rare to find hotels with continental breakfast and good options in California, unless you pay a LOT for it. The breakfast they serve is way above average what you find here, but it's nowhere near what you normally find in many countries. There aren't many hotels that offer breakfast around here anyway, so this one is far ahead its peers.

Breakfast is served only starting from 8, but most of the places nearby are not open before 9 or 10 anyways, so it's not an issue overall. Just worth mentioning.

Staff was very friendly and engaging with everyone. Breakfast was incredible. Room was very clean. Location was super convenient to Napa and Sonoma.

Everything. Elm House is my favorite hotel when I come to Napa. it’s a great price, breakfast is good, and it’s in a great location.

if I have any issues, it’s with the parking lot. it’s a little small and fills too quickly.

Excellent staff, service and accommodations.

Vanessa at the front desk was both professional and friendly, and I really appreciated her help. The bed was much more comfortable than the norm, and the assortment of different types of pillows was great. Things were very clean. The location is excellent.

Good for a night

Location is right off the freeway and close to downtown Napa for restaurants/dining. Room was very clean and reception was nice. The price of the hotel was very reasonable for the area and accomodation.

They offer complimentary breakfast which is held in the middle of the entire Inn. The entire Inn appears to have hardwood floors throughout and anything that drops can be heard within an earshot. While my room was on the second floor but close to a well-used staircase, I awoke to patrons shuffling around getting breakfast. The heater that is also included in the room is an older wall type which is was quite loud. I had to use ear plugs for a decent sleep. If the establishment considered putting a large rug in the dining area, it would def. improve the amount of sound that travels to all rooms.

Nice place with old fashioned, homey ambiance.

Was unable to enjoy the breakfast due to not served until 8 a.m. and I had to be gone long before then. Did really appreciate the evening warm cookies 👍🙂

No elevators, felt unsteady on outside stairs to room carrying luggage.
