For the price to stay there I thought it best be worth it and the Silverado resort staff delivered. Room was nice and came with a complimentary bottle of wine. The resort was huge but you dial zero in your room phone and request a ride and a golf cart comes and takes you where you need.
Everything has a way of working itself out so there was nothing i did not like

Great place to combine some excellent golf with some Napa wineries!

Our Room was nice, other's weren't as nice. They had Pickleball courts!
The service at the lobby bar was terrible, the concierge was non-existent.

Nice resort with amenities and activities close in proximity to Napa Valley Wineries and a big property overall. Room was clean and grounds were well maintained and had a nice golf-course which it seemed to be known for. We used the spa which was a nice feature and finally the resort staff was amazing in finding a lost item as well.
Mostly it was good overall experience, but a couple small items. Mainly it was the noise from the fan/air conditioner like every 1 minutes did like a tapping noise all night, which we didn't realize it was the fan until morning, so didn't have the best of sleep. Also while a nice place, the price was on the higher end and with an early 11am check-out in which we literally felt pushed out the door. Finally we paid for the day access to the spa across the street, but was pretty much the same features as the regular pool and hot tub without the sauna and lounge spaces and also the spa was maybe ready for some renovations and updates especially the hot-tub.

Location and a good restaurant

Staff was friendly and courteous. We are very happy going there and will return. The pool had nice lounge chairs with umbrellas and plenty of towels. The restaurant server was very nice and appropriate. We have no complaints. Also, in the end we ordered 2 rooms for our family and ended up with a nice condo which was a bonus!

Beautiful property quite big with many facilities
The rooms were a bit rundown- the bathroom door was a sliding door which did not exactly close all the way - a bit uncomfortable.

I booked in advance, I requested the first floor, as it was on the photo. I have a toddler, who is able to open doors and walk and can fell from stairs. I wouldn't book this hotel otherwise. Nobody responded on my message. I received completely different room, and the second floor with stairs and open rails on the balcony! Reception girl completely ignored my requested "We are fully booked". And I saw a couple that lived on the first floor without kids. The night cost was 500$, completely waisted and doesn't worth it. BTW baby was bitten by insect during the stay. Restaurant was closed in the 4th July evening and 0 entertaiment for the Holiday. I also forgot a shirt there, nobody was bothered to contact me to return it.

Beautiful grounds and excellent customer service from every staff member I encountered.

Good location, the bed was comfortable. Huge golf course
- There was a weird smell in the room.
- there is no sound isolation, we could hear everything from the next room. Woke up at 5 am because of this.

The grounds were beautifully landscape and clean. The first attendants that greeted us when we pulled up in our Jeep to the entrance were exceptionally friendly. Once in the front desk area on check-in
the staff was very professional in explaining all about what they resort had to offer us and had a very warm approach toward us.
The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear the guest in the room beside us coughing, talking etc. It seems the room we stayed in had a door that possibly is used as an adjourning room. On our morning of check- out 2 people knocked on our door twice 9am and 10am approximately I assume were the housekeepers seeing if we exited our room. Check-out is 11am. Right???

The rooms are very small for the price. The bathroom was about as luxurious as basic as a low-end motel.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping and serene environment
Room needs to be updated, carpet old, warn and ripped, small televisions; old furniture

The bed was very comfy and room was clean and nice.
The cost was so high because of an event happening in the area. It cost $800 for 1 night.

We upgraded our room so this helped with the positive survey. It was awesome that the resort was able to upgrade for a decent charge.
We love everything.

Clean, comfortable and good proximity to great wineries.
Pricey for what you get, but it’s Napa, so probably similar value to other properties.

Apartment and golf fields are perfect. Good location if you want to visit different vineyards.
Definitely need to have a car to drive around the district.
The 150$ for accidentals per night.
If you are staying for the week, you will end up with 1050$ blocked ob your card.
Very unnecessary blocking the funds.
Had a problem with double blocking of money, which had to discuss for 30 min with Reception. Sad waste of time.
