Lovely room and gorgeous hostel, however poor kitchen facilities

Super comfy beds and I loved how the bunks were constructed; felt really solid and came with individual shelves and plugs, felt protected from the rest of the room, super cozy. Shower was clean and great pressure, actual building was beautiful. Rooms were spacious. Probably the comfiest hostel room I’ve ever stayed in.

The kitchen! It wasn’t good - there were no hobs so it was impossible to cook pasta, and also lack of ovens made it really difficult to cook meals. All that is available is microwaves and toastie-makers. This let down my stay as felt so limiting. The hostel is too expensive given the lack of cooking facilities. Also, the atmosphere is a bit cold and no one seems to interact much - more organised events / movie nights etc would be nice :)

Great if you’re staying with people or just short term, but not the best for solo travellers looking to socialise

The location was close to the central train station so it was very easy to get around. The rooms are also quite nice compared to most hostels in Australia.

It’s not ideal to stay long term because there’s no hobs in the kitchen and only one sink, so you end up eating very basic food and there’s always a queue to wait to wash up your dishes. It’s also not very social - there’s a big cinema area but they don’t make much use of it. I wish they organised movie nights or something because that would help people to make friends and also make use of the space! The WiFi is also a bit unreliable.

Was expecting this to be closer to other hospitality outlets but even after booking a single room it was really something intended towards the backpacking community

A Great Hostel in Perth.

1). Kitchen. Tidy and clean enough. Better if more facilities are equipped to support the guests to cook their foods to pay lees for eating out (given that living costs in Perth are very expensive) 2). Laundry. Excellent 3). Room, e.g., 4 bunkbed room. Spacious enough.

1) Bedroom-related activities. I was told by the hostel that the so-called "which room / which bed" is randomly allocated/arranged by the hostel system. Bad luck if room mates have so many activities such as using cell phone at night. This is really a problem. 2). There are so many young people from France who came to Australia with "working holiday visa". They were "randomly" allocated to the same room. Therefore, the room I stayed (April 15-22, 2024) look like their own room. They brought their friends to the room at their own decisions.

Really good stay, very clean and welcoming. Comfy beds and great power shower. 10 min walk to centrl

The communal space was very spread out and good. The en-suite and shower were brilliant.

It was quite expensive for one week

寝るだけでも辛い。

パース駅からすぐの場所にあり立地が良い。

ドミトリー内にバスルームが付いていましたが、物が散乱していて、匂いもキツく、いつから掃除していないのだろうかと思うくらい不衛生な環境だった。とても使いづらかった。

only 250m to northbridge and down town perth

not too many issues on site pretty quiet location@rm 126 no traffic noise cafe could have been open few more hours and local beers would been nice

hotel was good odd room mate could have been bit tidier would have be good to get tv system up and working some local channels not working missed out on ozzy open coverage and forced to go up town

Dirty rooms

Hostel is close from CBD and Elisabeth quay ~15min walk

Room was messy. Room and bathroom were dirty, clearly the cleaning had not been done for several days. I booked a female dorm, there was a man sleeping in the dorm. Bathroom was really small, the sink was so small you cant even wash your face. The A/C was right in front of my bed and I couldnt turn it off, so i slept with it for 4 nights on full blast.

Maybe other rooms are better

Good location, fresh towels, cafe with basic food and drinks.

My bed was directly under aircon, I needed extra sheets and all my warm gear just to stop shivering. Just because reception is 24/7 doesn’t mean you can check in, a security guard let me in while I had to wait till 11pm to get checked in. The beds were very squeaky and shakey, I woke up everytime me or someone else moved.

The fake kitchen… no one’s able to cook a proper meal in this “kitchen”. We pay a lot of money for a hostel that doesn’t even have a proper kitchen… and most of the cheap hostels in Perth provide a proper one, just sayin’…

Very good hostel with no kitchen

Modern facilities, the hostel is kept spotless all the time. There's multiple recreational areas, and a good environment.

The hostel doesn't have a kitchen only a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is too small for the amount of guests that stay at the hostel and there's not enough cutlery and appliances for everyone.

Reception staffs were good! and The lounge area was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked.

Dormitory for 4 women. I guess it depends on who you are with in that room, but the bathroom is in the room so you have to wait, there is many long hair on the floor. and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the bathroom late night. The sink is too small and difficult to face wash. There's no hand soap. Stayed for 2 nights no change of toilet paper and never clean up The someone in the room who threw away my stuff without permission, But they were so messy

Ok for a night

It’s handy location and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean

Kitchenette was small for the numbers of people staying with limited cooking equipment.Aircon in our private room struggled, fan on low and high seemed to be the same, can’t open window for some airflow. Overall pricey for what you got. Baggage storage available but not in a locked room and nowhere to have a shower once you have checked out and on a late flight.

It Is ok, I will come back, a good place to stay in Perth

The beds are comfortable and the private bathroom clean. The concept with the keycards.

The kitchen or better kitchenette is nothing to cook, the social rooms are ok but not really comfortable. It is not furnitured with love.

The beds were comfy and the blinds were blackout

The size of the rooms, they were to small to move. Couldn’t even open my case properly. The beds were too high. The kitchen was filthy and lacked kitchen necessities. The fridges were full so I couldn’t buy food to keep because there was no fridge space. My roommates were disgusting. They allow check in after midnight so I got woke up at 1am to a guy coming in and he stunk of sweat so he also stunk the room out

Bien pour quelques nuits

Les lits étaient super confortables, et le personnel était adorable ! Tout s'est bien passé dans la globalité, je ne suis resté que quelques nuits mais c'était correct. Il y avait assez de rangements pour toutes les affaires.

La cuisine n'était jamais propre, les torchons étaient toujours trempés tout comme les plans de travails. Dans la chambre, c'était propre, cependant une de mes colocataires laissait énormément de cheveux et des traces de dentifrices dans la salle de bain, qui n'étaient pas lavés pendant plusieurs jours...

Terrific location & easy access to travel. great rooms & ensuites. Lots of space for people to meet.

Kitchen. Total mess at times. Lacked sufficient mugs, racks for cutlery, tea towels. Cafe provided minimum choice of food ie toasties. No fruit. Supply of alcoholic beverages but lacking non- alcoholic choice.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience in this hostel. It is still value for money.

The bed is comfy with basic amenities, such as charging port and lighting. The room is also spacious.

The only negative thing I noticed during my stay was the kitchen. The cleanliness of the kitchen was poorly maintained.

Comfortable place but lacks in details

The interior is very modern compared to other places and super spacious. Very comfortable beds as well. The stuff is very friendly and the place is super clean all the times. The Wi-Fi is great and works even for Netflix.

Kitchen was missing very essential stuff - no forks for some reason and no oven or hobs. Also after the first night, my stuff was accidentally removed and it took four days to get everything back. The staff was helpful though and provided some replacements.

Les lits sont confortable et les chambres de 4 sont bien équipé. L’espace commun est grand et lui aussi bien équipé! L’emplacement est top car tout est accessible à pied
