Great Location, everything was fantastic, great place to stay!

Great location, we were going to the basketball, around a 5 minute walk there, free sparkling water at the bar, bed was comfy, great size room, plenty of space. The bond was returned the next day, very quick compared to other hotels.

Great location and comfortable for a backpacker

Location was great

The room was booked for 4 people and had two double beds but only 1 tooth brush , two dressing gowns , the staff was not helpful and took hours after requesting anything, . No facilities where explained to me ie breakfast , pool, gym anything . Bed hurt everyone s back we was all crippled by morning .

Great place to crash in the CBD, dont get the food though.

Staff were friendly and nice clean rooms. was a great location and enjoyed the night.

The breakfast was terrible. I opted to have some in the morning without knowing the price. Only to have some cold scrambled eggs and bacon, one pod coffee which was horrible, little options everywhere, poorly presented and mostly cold. Other people were asking random staff how to get more. Then found out it was $39!? Never again. McDonalds serve a better and warmer dish for not even half that price. Such a disappointment after meeting lovely staff and facility's

Satisfactory accommodation in great location.

The location was good and there was plenty of dining options nearby. The cleaning staff were very polite and did a great job.

We paid for breakfast to be included in our reservation but ate there once as it was pretty disappointing. The rooms and beds were OK. The main staff were not particularly warm or welcoming.

Excellent location. Restaurant and bar great too. Overall positive

location was great. facilities overall very positive. some staff were indeed great, even those that took care of cleaning our room each day.

booking.com indicates that breakfast is until 10:30, when in fact its till 10. first day i went down for breakfast at 10:15 and staff was very dismissive and did not try to assist in any way

Location was great.

Room was never cleaned properly. We stayed nine nights and it was dusty and not always vaccumed.

Perth is a lovely city and the hotel was nice.

Great location to all the shops and attractions. Room was large .

Good size bathroom, thought i was in an old peoples home all the hand rails, shower curtains and no extractor fan. Not a good look if you are young and able bodied.

Location helped this along for us. Mediocre experience overall, probably won’t come back

Location was prime for the event in which we booked to see. Bar area had a great atmosphere, and breakfast was delicious

Our hotel room was a little unkept, we didn’t feel like the difference we paid in the room from a previous booking was worth the difference. Bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Hotel staff didn’t seem very willing to help. Valet parking charged @ $50 per night seems a bit high, considering private car park across the road charged $15 for 18 hours worth of parking over night. Would’ve preferred to have the hotel have it however, saved $35.

Underwhelming and overpriced.

Centrally located, comfortable bed

No customer parking on-site unless we wanted to pay and extra $50 *per day* for valet parking, which is an utter grift. Staff were dismissive and less than friendly. Room service only arrived one day out of the three we were there, and a plate we used on the first day was still outside the room when we checked out. The carpets and fittings were grubby and care-worn. Overall, there was nothing to justify the $250+ per night charge: we could have received a similar experience from a cheaper venue.

I would have like to see more options on the room service menu. And the pool bar was only open on Saturday afternoon so we missed it.

How you couldnt get to another floor on card, friend were on 11th floor had to beet them at 12th fllor to come get us, plus lifts were playing up.

No towels for pool, they were thrown everywhere To be told I owe $90 for room service and I said I had paid upfront through scanning the code .she said I could not leave till it was paid, and said I couldn’t have paid it- I would have signed something charging it to room And then just stated at me in front of everyone saying I need you to pay now! I showed her my bank statement showing her it was paid and with no apology typed on her computer and said ok bye-

Lovely place to stay in the heart of the city where you can also relax with a drink & good food

The staff were amazing, everyone of them were very helpful, friendly, always smiling, great customer service! The pool was great as the weather was 40+ degrees. The rooms had tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel which is always handy when you’re travelling. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Would definitely stay again

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom or else it wasn’t working. The door didn’t have an automatic close on it or it was broken. The room walls and door was a bit grubby and needs a clean

Great Location, Fast check in, check out but untrustworthy cleaners

Pants were stolen by staff member after checking out. Contacted hotel, no one had checked into the room after we had left and yet trouser pants that were hung in the bathroom disappeared. Stayed in room directly under Gym and woke every morning to the dropping of weights from other guests.

A skyscraper hotel in the bustling Murray Street in Central Perth.

In the center of Perth. Lots of Cafés and Restaurants nearby. Free RedCAT Bus service ~100m from Hotel entrance. Short walk to Perth Station or Perth Underground Station. A very well managed Hotel. Courteous, hard working staff. One of the best (British/Asian style) breakfast buffets I ever had. Besides German rolls, they offer everything you could want for breakfast.
