Lovely large flat right in the heart of edinburgh!

Very attractive large flat with big bedrooms. Great kitchen. Awesone location....So close to everything.

Skinny bathroom. Parking for our large car was difficult to find and a real nuisance.

Good apartment and location. Staff is rude.

The location and structure is very good, the apartment is big, the mattress are nice.

The staff that "welcomed" us was really really really rude. I don't think I've never been so humiliated. They offered us to leave our backpacks in the apartment before check in time, I called them when I arrived in Edinburgh to arrange the time, a woman replied that she would be in the appartment in 15 min and if we wanted the keys we should get there fast. I told her that we were going to take the bus and in 20 min we got in the apartment. She was no longer there and she left saying that she couldn't wait 5 minutes. She understood from my accent that I wasn't from an english country and it was a show of insults and humiliation. Incluinding about how I spoke and wrote. I have all this messages on my phone to prove what I am saying. If you don't want to work with people from another country and culture, stay away from turism market.

Nice area, old town in walking distance. Good size of apartment for 4. Kitchen is very well equipped. Tea and coffee and more is provided.

Nice and friendly

it is a spacious appmtn - the kitchen was wel equipped and the beds were very comfortable. and it’s quiet during the night. lots of shops nearby. cleaners and owner are very nice and helpful.

the water in the shower has not much pressure. and it does not have a separate toilet which can be a thing when traveling with a group. the couch really needs to be replaced - it hurts your back just by looking at it - it has totally collapsed. so we could only sit at the diningtable. It would have been nice to hang on the couch after a long day strolling around.

Really nice, have everything we need, kitchen well prepare. the house is warm and comfortable.

unfortunately we had a problem one night with a fan noise what was difficult sleep for some time. but was only one night and the property know already about that. they will check.

A lovely warm place to stay

Good location and the flat was clean, warm and very comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities plus local shops were nearby. The beds were comfortable and there was a good selection of board games to choose from to enjoy with friends. Property owner was very communicative before and during our stay and allowed us a late check out upon asking, which was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was good.

The owner was very unrepeatable was shouting at me by the phone but i was aspects more for the house. I see the comments before about the house was very good but in reality was very poor. Was 2 room but both with the doors not closed. Was 2 tappets on the floor very dirty.the floor dirty.sofas full of dust.cups, glasses, very sticky.we was very disappointed but was only 3 days. Definitely we don't go back again on that apartment.but Edinburgh was amazing :)

Great apartment, clean, tidy and comfortable!

The apartment we stayed in is superb, extremely clean and tidy, well decorated and fully equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also great, a 15-minute walk from Prince's Street. We highly recommend this accommodation!

It was a good flat in a good location and we would definitely use again.

The location was perfect for us. The flat was very well equipped.

The entrance to the flat is very unkempt and actually a little off putting, which is a shame because inside the flat is really nice.

I would not stay in this apartment again. :(

Location was good and the beds were comfortable.

I was telephoned the day before arrival asking why I had not tuned up to collect the key? I had to explain that she had gotten the wrong day and that we were only due the following day. When we arrived the heating and hot water had been turned off in the apartment and it was freezing!! We had to wait a full night until the place warmed up. It was so cold. The entrance into the apartment was dark and the stairway was poorly lit. The living room never warmed up.

We liked the location. We were met exactly on time. Most of apartment clean & comfortable & well equipped.

Disappointed with condition of sofa beds. Smell of damp in one of the bedroom wardrobes & coming through the flat.

Great Host

The owner provided what we needed and fulfill our request prior to our arrival. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The house is stylish and provided us enough room for my family.

I didn’t not like it is not self check in. I felt pressure having someone waiting for us during our travel. Wish tea or coffee was provided. I took my shoes off when the person showed us the house, but the person didn’t. Then, I was not sure if the shoes were wore in the carpet since outside of the house was pretty dirty.
