About this apartment rental

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub, separate shower and in-floor heating. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.

We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.

The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.

Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

In the condo we have a binder including many suggestions on places to explore in the area. Come and indulge yourself in this cozy boutique mountain retreat--you will find out why Canmore has always been our happy place. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets and there is no smoking due to owner allergies.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. It is well maintained, clean and lots of convenience. Grocery, coffee, restaurants are all walkable. Some of the things you can improve upon is the thermostat or heater. It was always very hot even if we start portable AC and had thermostat to 10 degrees. Thanks for sharing your house .

This was a very well equipped and furnished condo. Its location made it easy to explore the entire Banff area. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay, which had been postponed since 2020 (Covid). The drive toward Jasper was magnificent (forget stopping at Lake Louise, vastly overrated).Excellent communication with owner.

The host provided all the information necessary for the accommodation and responded with any additional questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not comfortable enough. After sleeping on it 1st night, I and my partner had severe back pain as the springs were too flex in sofa bed, sinking your back in the bed. We ended up using the mattress of the sofabed on floor, that was more comfortable. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable. The entire house was neat and clean and we left it the same. The bathrooms had nice complementary shampoo and shower gels. This condo is very close to grocery store and restaurants which was very convenient. The view from the living room is amazing, you can see mountains!! Overall, good experience.

This condo entirely earns its top ratings. One of the best equipped and most comfortable rentals I have experienced in many years of travel. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and you truly feel like you are staying at a friend's home. Great location within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, activities. Rooftop hot tub is a nice plus!

This place was a gem. It had an excellent location, steps away from the grocery store and other shops/amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped and it even came with many extras such as spices, honey, peanut butter… It was very cozy and with heated floors in certain parts. The decor & artwork was a nice touch as well! We’ll definitely look into booking this place again!

This property was absolutely perfect. The owners called it their happy place, but it soon became ours. Walkable to town center of Canmore, multiple restaurants, bars, and shops, and right next to multiple grocery stores. We would LOVE to stay there again.

Great location and clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. Balcony was great in the evening. Owners were easy to communicate with when the dining table was found broken. Only complaint is the building hot tubs had to be booked in advanced, difficult to get convenient times and difficult to get to (have to go to adjacent building). When we did get a time, the hot tub weren't even warm. Everything else about the stay was great!

Really lovely condo with comfy bed, great kitchen, air conditioning, great location, helpful notebook with hiking/restaurant/tv instructions and suggestions. Elevator went out the day before we left and stairs in parking area were not marked well so challenging to load up car when time to leave. Such a lovely property that felt like home. So comfy with lots of amenities that made things so much easier. Close to shops, the main town, river and access points to Banff etc. Coffee right there and bike hire options close by. The attention to detail by the owners is lovely and really a lovely paradise. Banff is crowded and horrible, this place is devine. Loved our stay.

Excellent property, with lots of room for 4 adults, and lots of comfortable seating, and it is the most stocked kitchen we have ever had. The location is perfect for walking to town and the grocery store is right out the door. The beds were extremely comfortable, the deck was large enough to comfortably sit out and enjoy the scenery. Our stay at the condo was excellent !! The location is perfect for walking to Main Street and local restaurants . It was very convenient having Safeway across the street. The condo is large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked with extra amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, condiments etc. Cindy and Rob were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I look forward to our next stay !
