Wouldn't recommend

The room came with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and drier, and a nice dining space. We have a toddler so for me it's important to be able to have homemade meals for her. Having access to the washer and drier was handy since we had to do some washing as we had muddy and rainy conditions and got dirty fast. We didn't get a chance to use the barbeque on the balcony but it's great if you're staying longer and prefer to prepare your food.

The halls, the rooms, and the overall feel of the hotel are outdated. The room wasn't the cleanest, our bathroom sink was clogged, the water pressure in the shower was not great, and the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. I don't particularly enjoy messages like "To avoid a $50 charge, run the dishwasher and put the towels in the tub". This is why I generally prefer hotels to Airbnb. I want to get my family organized and leave smoothly on the day of departure and not clean dishes ... The overall communication with the reception was also not great. It turns out they have split reception service for rooms that are officially serviced by the hotel and others that are owner-managed. Ours turned out to be 'owner-managed', which is not mentioned in booking.com's description. This meant that the receptionists were almost rude and short for any question we had. If this was a cheap hotel I wouldn't be so critical but the price we paid was pretty high for the experience we got in the end.

Amenities, staff, friendliness of staff and reception, size of room, pool and overall area, location. Availability of hot tub and games room.

Dishwasher to be managed by customers. Cleaning is done in 3-4 days. Parking is too tight in the basement and it is not easy to find your respective slots.

The location and underground parking

The toilets do low it’s like squatting in the bush. The place is old needs alot of work. Someone tried to update but was done poorly. View I paid for mountain view was awful! We drive 16 hours to sit on a patio and have twenty four balconies staring at us ! No privacy the furniture is very worn out and again low. Bedroom is tiny barely fits a king size bed it was very crowded! It is also very noisy with the train on one side highway on the other! Would never stay again saw housekeeping once in 4 days for about 5 minutes!

it was a great place to have a relaxing weekend with a friend!

it was in a good location, it was calm and quiet. the pool/hot tub were easily accessible. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The check in time was very late and the check out time too early. If my stay is going to be cut short then the room price should reflect that.

it was a good experience but I would try somewhere else next time we visit Canmore.

I enjoyed the pool! it amazing and the hot tub is amazing. I enjoyed the kitchen, it was beautiful! and the restaurant inside the hotel area was amazing. I recommend the classic burger! the hotel wasn’t far from amenities!

I didn’t like that the bed was dirty and had weird particles in it, and our towels where stained and one had a weird orange crust, so it was a waste of a towel. the bathroom sink had 2 big cracks in it, and had tape on it. didn’t look like a “fancy” hotel like the pictures looked. the barbecue looked like it had not been cleaned from the last person who stayed in the suite.

Okay. The pool was great.

Toilet ran continuously. No extra toilet paper. Hide a bed was very uncomfortable. Very dark.

Beautiful area, close to shopping and entertainment.

No continental breakfast. We would have liked that.

The comforter was too small for the bed. The sheet had holes. Would have liked a few basic spices in kitchen, pepper and salt.

The accommodation was clean and not far from Banff.

The staff at the desk in the evening were unfriendly, and it is inconvenient because there are fewer external entrances compared to the resort building. Inconvenient entrance to parking lot.

The rooms didn’t have enough sheets, towels ect. There was also an AWFUL smell that made sick.

Good room size and I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Simple condo design and depending on your plans it can be considered a central location.

The temperature of the room was quite cold for my taste, but I always came back when there was no staff available to help me with that. I checked the booklet and no information related to temperate adjustment other than the nice fireplace.

Location was good and we were able to do many activities in the surrounding area

The hotel is rather tired and in need of some updating . Our rooms were very dark due to all the dark wood cupboards . Communal carpets in hallways were in a very poor state of repair and not very clean
