Great accommodation, highly recommended for families.

Close to trails, stores and a great french bakery just across the road. I love that there are mountain view im all the rooms.

At $1200 for 6 days, I'm shocked at how little effort they put into cleaning!

Very poor cleanliness! - Damaged and dirty walls - Stained sheets - Dirty mattress - Dog poop left in yard - Cigarette butts in yard Please also note that upon arrival I did a sweep of the place and found a random lose pill and baggy laying on the floor in the bedroom. If I hadnt looked around first and my dog had eaten this, things could have ended badly!

Cozy place. Beautiful view. Good price as it is 3 bedroom as well.

It was a decent size. View was beautiful. Love the fireplace. Love that the soaps, shampoos are Rocky Mountain Soap Co.

Beds were not the most comfortable.

Amazing chalet in a great location.

This chalet was great, very clean and modern. Loads of room, amazing balcony, big kitchen with a new fridge and oven. We would definitely stay here again.

Cheaper than Banff accommodation

Longer drive to Banff and Jasper. It’s a self catering property.

Not worth the money you pay

Spacious unit and bedrooms with good view. It was easily accessible from the road and had a good location. The unit was clean and had plenty of bathroom supplies.

No AC/Cooling. Only Heaters were available in a place that gets quite hot in Summers. We had to throw trash and follow a bunch of instructions for checkin and checkout. Only a single parking spot available when you are renting a 3 bedroom Chalet is not great.

Noise from the train every few hours. The train tracks are right next to the property .

Great stay overall

Location is very accessible and within the town. Walking distance to many restaurants

The toiletries (shampoo, wash etc) are difficult to pump. It looks like it was never checked frequently.

Great place to stay, our no.1 choice for staying in Canmore

The location is perfect, my kids like to see the train, and place was very comfortable.

awesome place, felt like a home away from home

loved the easy check in and out, no need to see or talk to any staff at all.

upstairs neighbors a bit noisy (kids running around).

Generally nice place to stay with lots of room and everything you need in the kitchen.

The code to the lock box did not work. Had to contact someone to help us get our keys. The bed in the second bedroom was a small double - would prefer a queen sized bed. There was two key rings for the room but a key was missing on one of the rings so only had one key.

Great spot, terrible stay.

Mountain views. Apartment style room.

Neighbors were the loudest neighbors I've ever experienced. They stomped and yelled a bunch. Then at 2am they randomly started opening and closing cupboards. Their kitchen happened to be above our bedroom. Also, you could tell the cleaners do the bare minimum..there is mold growing on the bathroom mirror caulking, disney princess stickers left on a wall, cheeze it's were under the main bed, spare pillows had what seemed to be blood on it. I took pictures and plan on posting them with a full review.

I liked that we could pick up the key’s easily. And that an email was sent to let us know if the items in the kitchen which would not be there. Rocky Mountain Soap in bathroom was great too!

I had a hard time using the code to get the keys. The train is loud.

No email mentioned the key on the lock box It is better mention it with the password of lock into the email.
