The location was really nice looking into the sea and quiet .
Couldn’t get hot water from the boiler , kept going off but we managed .
4.1
Space in this apartment was great. Balcony, great big open plan kitchen-dinner living room, washing machine, dishwasher, good heating system in when weather is bad, 2 separate bathroom as bonus.
As we were late on our journey due to traffic, check-in was stressful as the provided box with keys was in weird spot. It would be helpful to have it right next to the front door.
4.1
Location was great sea view and a short walk to town. Key pick up was easy. There is a lift in the property.flat was spacious.
Balcony needs painting walls and table dirty, living room window didn't close, it was open when we arrived, carpets and walls need freshening up, shower cubicle and shower curtain had mould. Only one tablespoon in drawer and I phoned to report it. I would have to leave the key in the bin area where I picked it up. I didn't want the inconvenience so bought plastic ones. I took the duvet out of it's cover because it was too heavy and it was covered in huge stains. I don't think the flat was inspected before our stay

We had a sea view and no buildings in front of us. Plenty parking spaces for our cars. A short 5 minute walk into the town centre. Lift in building for easy access to 3rd floor flat. Communal area very clean
The sitting room windows did not open.

airy and spacious apartment
would have been happy if a small welcome package was left for us ..with essential basics...especially since the shops are not exactly close by.

Location was great. Full sea view over to Arran, Kintyre and Bute. Superb sunset one night. Both seafront and easy walk to rown centre. Spacious lounge/kitchen diner. Quick response to request for bed linen to turn large double into two singles for our sons ( forgot to request in advance).
Travelling as couple and two children. Double bed was very comfortable but a little small. If any refurbishment planned could do without one of large bedside tables and a bigger bed.
4.1
- stunning sea views (sunset over Arran)
- the kitchen appliances
- walking distance to Pirate Pete's (for little ones' entertainment)
- walking distance to Ayr high street
both showers very unstable, the water goes from cold to burning and vice-versa, temperature fluctuates by itself

Excellent stay could of turned in to a disaster, 3 year found strip of strong anti depressants behind radiator, donnini admitted cleaners didn't clean or check behind radiator, further more after my complaint this is an update 7/4/22, I was offered a £50 voucher to stay with them again however just read review from 3rd april, the apartment wasn't cleaned , opened food left in cupboards so after all my efforts they haven't even had the apartment cleaned thoroughly, they have totally disregarded me, so if you have any children I advise not to stay here , my child found very strong and lethal medicine here , and they promised never happen again however review says the apartment wasn't cleaned, please keep children away and also booking.ckm they ain't interested either, so last time il use them in my life

The location is amazing, the extra little touches are thoughtful and the apartment is spotlessly clean! The view to Arran is stunning!
The beds are tiny, the double is really only a small double and even as 2 very slim adults, we found it so small we slept in the single beds!

Was lovely high standard. Was like staying at a swanky hotel.
Nothing.

Showers are dangerous - go from cold to scalding hot and unable to regulate.
Dirty dishes and cutlery in the cupboards.
Beds were really uncomfortable
TV was tiny
Piles of spare linen and towels in crumpled heap in cupboard

Location
4.1
Excellent location with idyllic views towards Arran.
Convenient parking in front and easy access to the apartment via the lift.
The property is light and airy.
Plenty of dishwasher tablets
2 excellent local dining locations - Horizon hotel for Sunday lunch & The Waterfront for fish & chips
Biggest disappointment was the very small TV with very poor quality sound and a new aerial cable strung around the room to the connection by the window. Unable to watch hardly anything.
Windows were very dirty and the left lounge window would not open at all.
Be careful of the showers - they have a temperature mind of their own and if you switch on the bathroom extractors they screech very loudly
No welcome pack unlike all self catering properties I have previously stayed in

The location is great, the beach is just across the road & views from the apartment & balcony were stunning.
The beds weren't very comfortable - they were clean but mattresses are basic. They were also quite small. Double room has a 4ft bed, single beds are 2ft 6. Sofa bed is the most comfortable.
4.1
In an ideal spot close the beach and only a short walking distance from Prestwick shopping, which had plenty variety and excellent eating venues
Property let down by standard of cleanliness, particularly the bathroom and cooker/oven
4.1
The apartment was very clean, the home ware and furnishings were all top class. It really was a home from home
The kettle had a slight leak, you had to be careful when pouring out the boiling water.

Loved the sea view and balcony. Apartment was lovely too. Beautiful sunsets!
Walk in shower went from warm to roasting had to stand in corner of shower some of the time. Needs attention! Little bit too far away from main drag for me.
4.1
Location overlooking the beach. Nicely furnished and very clean.
Size of double bed 46", unpredictable showers, lack of cutlery.

Location and fantastic sea views
Apartment was first class location excellent 👌
Would recommend 100%.

Sea front location with parking and lift access. Had a modern look but sofa cheap.
Staff were very helpful following our complaint and brought a bottle of rose as apology.
Really handy for local attractions and so many iconic golf courses! We took cycles with us and coastal path on doorstep.
Mismatched cutlery. Only three of us and struggled to get matching set for meals.
Covid meant we had to eat in more and the apartment should have taken that into consideration.
Dining table chairs had fabric torn and hanging down and were not very clean. This was our impression and did not set a good standard.
No drawers or shelves, pointless cupboard in both rooms that need shelves, currently just empty space with spare bedding on the floor! but plenty of hanging space in the wardrobes.
Showers verged on dangerous as went from cool to red hot when set to one notch below first red. This needs looking at.
Pans are a bit of a joke, had to buy a 28” frying pan from the handy Tesco Extra for £8 as the small one was no longer non stick and so small! Buy some pans guys!
This felt like a complete lack of attention to detail but not dirty nor completely uncomfortable.

The beach setting... that’s about it !!
The broken crockery
The ripped chair lining hanging down
Wasn’t cleaned to meet COVID-19 regulations
The broken window
The broken cooking utensils
The broken bath plug
The broken floor tiles
No clothes horse
The disgusting state of the balcony covered in pigeon excrement

Lovely place,fab location too👍👍
Nothing

The location was brilliant.
The fact there was no oven glove so pretty dangerous taking things from the oven
