The bedroom was lovely
Just the location however the place served its purpose. I think there was a mix up with check out times as the cleaners came at 10am to get into the property however I advised that check out was at 11am.

Very modern. Good size.
Nice linen and towels.
Place could do with a little paint work but it is a great wee apartment
9.0
Great stay at the apartment. We needed a base close to the centre and this was great.
Lovely apartment with all the amenities we needed. Close to the supermarkets and free parking right outside the apartment on the road.
Would definitely stay again.
3.0
Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable beds.
The front entrance to the property is also the bin-store. The lobby is shabby and in a state of disrepair. The residents of the block leave the front security door unlatched, so the apartment is not secure. The apartment is generally in a very poor state of decoration, very tired in appearance. Botched DIY on curtain pole support. Previous users have smoked in the property, and so there is the odour of ancient cigarette smoke in every room. Cigarette burn on bedside table. Noisy and dusty extractor in bathroom. Shower door broken. Weak shower. Kitchen window does not open. Microwave interior rusty and dirty. Extractor hood coated with grease and food splashes. Grill pan not cleaned properly. Top of refrigerator dirty. Dirty fingermarks on doors.

Good location. Clean. Good value.
Only 2 hangers for clothes. Made contact to sort this but no reply. Problem with shower door.
7.0
Clean, well presented accommodation with everything we needed for a short stay, close to local attractions and easy to get to via train.
The pillows and mattress could have been more comfortable.

Good location, a great base for day trips. The apartment was clean and comfortable, supermarkets close by and a short walk into town centre.
Small points, but a few things need attention. In particular, the oven didn't work, a bedside lamp didn't work, and the bathroom fan seemed to struggle. Linen and towels were only adequate, twin beds very firm, pillows very soft and flat. Didn't live up to the reviews I'd read.

The property was in a good location.
The hallway into the property was not kept well.

The overall condition of the flat was good, especially, given the general standard in the UK. And it's definitely good value for money.
We were positively surprised that there was a proper double wall bed in the living room. So, four adults could comfortably sleep in this flat. The bed in the bedroom was very wide (180 cm at least) and comfortable too.
As other reviewers said already, the flat is located not in the fanciest part of Ayr. But it's close enough to the town centre and the beach. And having been in Scotland for a while, I felt that the area was safe enough, so I was not worried.
What we were negatively surprised by was how noisy the place was. The flat is located on the ground floor and faces both Peebles Street (which is calm) and New Road (which is super busy, especially, during the day). Moreover, only the bedroom had extra glazing (which didn't massively help against the noise though). To be fair, at night the traffic was not intense. But if you're sensitive to noise, make sure you take earplugs, if you stay in this place.

I liked everything

The accommodation was very central. Close to town centre. Flat was spacious.
The kitchen window didn't open. There was a leak under the sink. The lino in the bathroom was poorly fitted. There was a hole in one of the bed sheets. One of the bulbs in the bedroom lamps didn't work.

self catering was ideal. The bedroom and bed was clean and tidy. Kitchen and living room tidy and chair and settee comfy. Good quality tv and wifi was good.
Sadly the microwave in kitchen let the overall standard down. Was rusty and very dirty. The cheap vinyl flooring is not laid properly in either kitchen or bathroom.

Apartment was in a great location for Ayr town and The Racecourse. The lounge was comfy and bright. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a double pull down bed in the lounge if there were more than two guests.
A little upgrading, especially in the bathroom would be great. Outside area not very inviting but once inside its lovely.

It was clean and everything you needed was there
The entrance is poor and very off putting could do with a clean and removal of old letters etc the oven also had dirty oven pans in oven very smelly

The flat is in a good location.
The communication was really poor. The toilet leaked, the double bed was two beds pushed together, one of which had a collapsed mattress. The oven hadn't been cleaned in a long time and produced a lot of smoke when turned on. The shower door kept popping out of the runners and then leaked.

Well equipped apartment, comfortable.Could not get Wi-Fi to work.Heating system did not always work.
Surrounding area a bit run down and we were a bit concerned about safety in the apartment block and safety of our parked car although nothing untoward occurred.

The filthy mess outside - overflowing rubbish bins, scores of cigarette butts, general mess.

Decor was good, room sizes great and everything we needed was there for us.
Shower needs renewed but was adequate. We couldn't find a tin opener. The entrance was off putting as there was bottles and litter lying around.

Good location. Close to lots of shops and beach not too far away. Clean and nice facilities. Daughter loved the pull down bed. Highly recommend!
My only slight grievance was that I couldn’t have Netflix or something similar on the TV for nighttime but wasn’t really a big deal.

It was dirty, stank of smoke, glass full of cigarette ends and rubbish at main door, had 2 kids only 1 pull down bed this was ment for family of 4
