Our first time staying at this lovely bungalow. Immediately felt at home and was very appreciative of the warm hospitality in each room, clearly the owners strive to leave a great impression with their guests which is very much appreciated and especially on our wedding weekend. Everyone was super impressed and we will surely book this property again!!

This property (and the host) exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is IDEAL - perhaps 5 houses from the water and a five minute walk to downtown Beaufort with its shops, bars, and restaurants. The property itself is WONDERFUL, craftsman-style bungalow that has been expanded and renovated - super welcoming and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was immaculate and showed signs of recent landscaping. The host put so much thought and love into the decor and provided lovely, welcoming touches that demonstrated such pride in the property. We felt like so much more than guests! This spot will be our first (and only) choice when we head back to Beaufort.

We really enjoyed this property. It's a cozy house in a great neighborhood with quick access to Front Street restaurants. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. We're looking forward to another trip to Beaufort and would love to stay in this lovely home again.

Beau Tonic and the host provide the perfect Beaufort vacation! The single floor house, the location and the yard are all super for a getaway, and we enjoyed our stay so very much! It is wonderful to be able to bring the dog as well, and they even had a welcome gift upon arrival. We look forward to returning.

We stayed here for a weekend away. The house is adorable and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and the location was great. Downtown Beaufort was a quick and easy walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We travelled here for almost a week with my elderly parents, husband, and dog, and this house and kind host made it possible for us to have the most wonderful Christmas holiday together. There is not enough space for me to write all the good things that I want to say about staying here, so I'll summarize: wonderful helpful and kind communication with the host before and during the trip (including last minute accommodations for a late check out), beautiful house (even better than the photos!), so so so clean, had everything we needed in stock including clear labels and tips, comfortable porch and sitting area inside, big kitchen for family cooking, a big table for eating and playing games, and single level for my elderly parents (including a good railing at the back entrance for anyone mobility-impaired). Such a great location close to town and yet peaceful, also less than 1 block walk from the water - and the best part was there's a garbage can (dog poop) and a bench (elderly parents) right where the road intersects with the water, making many walks easy and possible.

It was perfect all the way around. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The pictures don't do it justice as it was even better then advertised. I short walk to downtown and you have everything you need. We would certainly rent again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Laurie was so helpful and gave great advice on things to do. The house is absolutely adorable and so cozy. My husband now is dying for an outdoor shower and we live in Greensboro! Not a huge need for that there, but why not?☺️. We highly recommend this home and visiting the great little town of Beaufort!

We have stayed in the Beaufort area multiple times and this was by far the best property we have stayed in. It was clean, welcoming, complete, serene, and well thought out. The location is spectacular and walking distance into the restaurants and shopping of Beaufort. We will definitely return and thank you to Laurie for her attention to us as guests.

Love these older homes. Pictures the owner posted were spot on. Nestled in old Beaufort, this adorable single floor home was a comfortable place to crash after a day of exploring the area. Everything was provided except the food. Kitchen was well equipped. Bought groceries and prepared meals just like we were at home. Ate out a few times in Old Beaufort. Loved the shopping. Used the provided bikes from the shed and biked around old Beaufort. When not biking, we walked everywhere. Alot of older homes nearby and just a pleasure to walk around the streets and view the neighborhood.

Thank you for sharing your cozy home. My sister, my husband and I enjoyed 3 nights in Beau -tonic. The home was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Our small dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Would certainly stay here again

We absolutely loved our weekend in Beaufort at the Beau-tonic! Such a cute and quaint house just blocks from downtown. We adored that it was old and quirky, and it added to its charm. Easy check-in and great communication with the property owner (who was so nice and friendly and even had a little surprise there waiting for us!) Super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much!!

House is in a great location for exploring Beaufort. Easy walk to town, water view from the front porch, and on a quite street. The house is well appointed for the items that you might need while visiting with fast Wifi, access to multiple channels of streaming on the TV, comfortable furniture and beds, and a very nice full size kitchen with lots of counter space. The host includes a lot of nice touches in the property as well as was helpful to find resources for looking at potential property purchases in the area. I would definitely stay at this property again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. I have stayed in Beaufort and surrounding areas many times and this was by far the best property! It is clean, location is wonderful and I could bring my dog! There was a door knob that wasn’t working and I let the property manager know and they were literally there within about 5 minutes to fix it. Just an absolutely perfect stay!

A really special getaway

This trip had it all, and it all started with the Beau-tonic on Gordon. We had a really special time visiting the Crystal Coast. It was just a few hours from home, but a world away. The house itself is perfect and offered more than enough room for our family of three and two dogs. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms! The yard and outdoor shower were great, and the kitchen (with dishwasher!) was really big and easy to use. The location couldn't be beat. We could walk in either direction on Front St and either go right into town, or walk through a really beautiful seaside neighborhood. We walked to all of our meals and our Pirate Ship ride. Thank you Laurie for being such a wonderful host. We hope to return again and again!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful cottage in downtown Beaufort. Had so much fun riding the bicycles they supplied for us, and being a part of the historic town. So clean and had every modern amenity. Will definitely come back!
