Not as advertised don’t waste your money

Absolute awful, full of bugs and ants in a disgusting old run down building, staff are extremely unhelpful. Don’t waste you’re money here the whole place is full of bugs and cockroaches and there is no manager or owner present to talk to. There isn’t even a finished ceiling in the room.

I like the apartment its very cozy and big enough for 6-8 people

I like it bcoz its very close to airport.

The kitchen cabinet where the plates and glasses are not clean. I could see eggs from insects laying around. The pool area they should change the water.

Location and Tony’s Italian restaurant were good. Tony the owner was very friendly and great to talk to. Gave great info about the area and attractions.

Very very kind personel, most pleasant stay!

Everything was on the rly high level, and staff was rly kind and helpful. Rooms in the highest quality and internet on the good level, very reliable.

The only thing possibly to improve is extermination of ants. They are many, and I know it’s everywhere in Philippines but there are few simple tricks to exterminate them.

Exceptional value, great location, friendly service, quiet and comfy.

The original booking was for a smaller apartment. I asked for an upgrade, and they gave me one last second free of charge. The location was really close to the airport, and they offer free shuttle. Don't judge this place on outside appearance, the inside is nice. I could stay here longer if I had more time. I will come back again for sure. Thank you.

I didn't like that I had to leave so soon. 😊

Bad location

The couple of people that work here are certainly nice and helpful. The unit was clean and close to the airport.

I had a late flight and needed to be close to the airport. The location is very sketchy, meaning its an apartment complex, in a run down area, with abandon/ unfinished units on the condo premise. There is a security guard at night, but i would not feel safe staying here again.

It was near the airport which was the reason for the selection of this hotel. I liked the option for netflix/prime, the small kitchen for cooking and the bed.

I have a love/hate deal with front desk people, for the duration of the stay, we were able to get more water, soap, and toilet paper no problem but having one of the staff wanting to charge us for early check in and getting 500 php taken after check out over "dirty" towels. when you're issued only one towel for each person for 4-5 days, of course its not going to be clean. I wont be staying at this hotel again. Good riddance!

Very nice room with complete kitchen for a good price

It's on a local back street, quite a plain area. It's only minutes from the airport or waterfront by tricycle/cab. The exterior of the hotel and hallways gets a 7.5/10 but the room with kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, inductive cooktop, pots & pans, silverware, good shower and bathroom gets a 9/10. There's a pool in back too. It's a 1 to 2km walk to get to restaurants, but local low budget food is nearby Only if you have small bills (100 peso or less). But that's the same everywhere in PHP, 1000 peso bills are often useless. Always keep a bunch of 100's for food and cabs.

The location isn't great unless you walk a bit or take tricycle or cab.
