The location was a walking distance to the convention centre and other tourist attractions. Quiet neighbourhood, well equipped, and functioning facilities. Clean and comfortable. A safe and secure garden with an umbrella, garden lights, and comfortable seating to just relax and enjoy!!
Great value for money!! Excellent staff. The little challenge was solved immediately and efficiently. I highly recommend this facility...

Die Lage ist prima, die Ausstattung o.k., das Schlafsofa allerdings müsste ersetzt werden.
Das durchgelegene Schlafsofa, das nicht ablaufende Wasser im Waschbecken.

This space & location was just right for us: grandparents + 2 teens. We were in town for the Blues & BBQ Festival. Streetcar on St Charles Ave was a 2 block walk away. The area was walkable with many shops, stores & restaurants. After being out all day enjoyed sitting out back.
Claw foot bathtub hard to use. Could be easy to slip.

As with previous stays at this property Victor is always very accommodating and prompt with whatever you need. And the property has always been exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is nice and have always felt secure staying there. Will definitely be back.

The location was very good. We could walk to the main area and restaurants etc (about 15 minutes). The parking was excellent - right outside the house and free. Apartment was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again. We really enjoyed our stay.
No personal service. We never met the host - they never called or popped in to ask if we were ok. The apartment could have been a bit more welcoming for arrivals - perhaps a couple of coffee sachets or tea bags - just for the first drink. An information pack with things to do and emergency numbers would be useful. The daybed our daughter slept on was very uncomfortable. We had to put pillows under the sheet to fill the sinking gaps.

This was a cool little place that is close to everything. Place has everything you need to cook your own food. Also has a washer and dryer.

it was clean.
the bathroom is near the kitchen. the two bedroom, even though one is a sofa bed that makes noises, are connected by a door, so one cannot go the bathroom without disturbing the other.

Apartment is spacious, very clean, secure and really comfortable. Victor was really responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions/issues. All communications and use of the apartment were very smooth. Central position, walkable to both the french quarter, downtown and garden district.
The property is definitely pricey (but so is everything else in New Orleans), it is also very close to the highway which is nice if you own a car but it is less good if you are planning to walk around. The apartment is beautiful and historic, which also means that noise insulation is not perfect. Overall it was a beautiful location!

no issues

Dangerous unsavory neighborhood. Homeless encampments all over 1/2 block away. Felt unsafe to go anywhere. Very loud. People who live in Nola all come to park on the street for free in front and then nowhere to park. Creepy abandoned building next door on one side and parking lot on other where at 5-6am people come from all over to park & walk to work in city so every morning early you wake to car alarms/noise.. Constant emergency/police sirens going off. Car alarms going off constantly. No cable tv to hear what is going on locally only Netflix.

The cottage was close to everything. We had no issues with parking. We met the host and he was very personable. We were able to take our small dogs and felt good about leaving them during the day due to the security system.
The property was great. The only issues we had were the Palmetto bugs. They were everywhere. We are from Georgia and know Palmetto bugs well, but to unknowing guests, these bugs look a lot like giant roaches. It might help to have the unit sprayed. Two other recommendations would to be add a shelf behind the tub to put your shampoo and soap on, and to add a toaster.

Property was exceptionally clean and maintained. The neighborhood was safe and wonderful. Close to many attractions amd not far from the quarter. Host was available and very helpful. Property has on site parking and a security system. We were impressed and would love to stay again.

The cottage is in a very convenient location if you are coming via the highway, I-10. It is about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter. The neighborhood has a few restaurants and coffee shops. The cottage itself is well-equipped. We especially liked the kitchen and washer/dryer setup.
It is a personal preference but we found the bed to be too soft. It was not clear where we should park. Fortunately, on-street parking was not crowded, so we were able to park out front of the unit.

The house is clean, has everything you need for your stay, nice washer and dryer, looks exactly like the pics. Backyard very private. Easy walk to streetcar to get to the action
